They sign you up and put a transponder on your windshield. That way you can enter in a separate line for subscribers and the gate arm auto raises for you to then be guided by a staff member onto the track while you stay in your car. The whole process is fast and after (or before) you have access to free vacuums indoors or out. The subscription service (optional) allows unlimited visits. I am pleased. I do wish it was trackles but as long as they are there to successfully guide me (no mishaps so far) I am happy.

If you purchase the unlimited pass, the car wash pays for itself if used more than twice a month. This is the true value and worth every cent. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. I don't use the free vacuums that much, but they did come in handy yesterday!!! pro tip: When you buy an unlimited pass, you may use all of the Mr. Magic car washes in the area and there must be more than a dozen of these things. (You think )Since you referenced "Always work as a team." Our maintenance and operations teams follow that rule closely ( they need to put some money back in to there product)when equipment needs repairs, they act together to keep everything running safely and reliably, even if that occasionally results in overlapping downtime. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures." These expectations are in place because safe, effective maintenance sometimes requires closure found that out had to go to third location)even on days when you'd prefer otherwise. We also want to clarify one of the concerns you mentioned: we do not use recycled water in our wash process. Went today to wash…read moremy car, the spraying wand had a leak & water was spraying everywhere, that was after I put my money in. The brush had no soap in it at all. There were no quarters in the change machine. On my way to vacuum, put a dollar in & absolutley no suction at all. Moved to another vacuum, the quarter slot was taped over. Actually the quarter spot was taped over on the machine to also wash your car too. Garbage over flowing everywhere. I'm wondering if it is under new ownership, there used to be a guy there every once in awhile taking care of things. Don't waste your money here.
