Despite heavy traffic they kept the line moving, and when I requested full service (meaning an interior cleaning as well as the exterior wash) they were very upfront about how long the wait would be based on demand. Then it got interesting. Smoke started to billow out of the hood of the car that was next up to enter the wash. The driver turned off her car and walked into the wash for help, and without delay workers helped her identify the problem (a leaking radiator), and when they found the car would no longer start they proceeded to push her car into the wash and clean the car!! Needless to say, I was impressed. There was no delay in the line, they kept the victim of car failure calm, and they still delivered her the service she'd been waiting for. I couldn't see what happened once her wash was completed, but I have to assume they pushed her to the neighboring auto shop as well. The best part - the several workers who serviced my car did a terrific job. It hasn't looked cleaner since before the first time I let a kid eat inside of it!

The basic wash starts at $10.00 and prices work their way upward. I opted to add the undercarriage wash to mine bringing my grand total to $15.00. Cash is accepted as well as cards. They are also offering a half price discount for the 1st month on monthly car wash packages. I asked what they use since I didn't want to see scratches on the car. I was told it would be soft touch. Once paid I looped around to the car wash entry. The usual drill. Get your car in line, once set on the roller put it in neutral and let the car wash take you for a ride. Within 5 minutes I was out with the car dripping wet. I was blown away by the fact that it got everything clean!! Some car washes miss spots here and there but in this case I was very pleased that it looked so fresh! A good thing to know is that even though the wash is located on Foster Ave you have to enter from the other side in the shopping center next to Hess PT. The car wash is open daily rain or shine. When it was done it was almost perfect. (Of course a touch less wash isn't going to get hard on grime) The under-carriage spray was the best feature, it removes the salt from the wintery mess which causes rust.

The interior was spotless and devoid of any evidence that we took my in-laws' shed-happy Golden Retriever for a ride last week. Maybe it was because my car was only nominally dirty and not a complete mess, but they beat their time estimate considerably.
