To pay, we used the self-checkout. The machine worked correctly to scan our items and to use our credit card. Area like trunk next to the indentation near the rear license plate or indentations in the bumper for fog lights etc are totally missed and leave patches of dirt behind. On flat painted areas it did well and shines nicely. Did fair job on tires/wheels as well although not perfect. Area for improvement: leave microfiber towels for customers to use with finishing detail "spot wash" and some drying towels. Some other places do this, but I didn't see at this location. Toss the free air fresheners (does anybody really use these 1980 products now) and put that money into some microfiber towels. Or for your highest level clean, add a hand detail afterwards. The basic wash starts at $10.00 and prices work their way upward. I opted to add the undercarriage wash to mine bringing my grand total to $15.00. Cash is accepted as well as cards. They are also offering a half price discount for the 1st month on monthly car wash packages. I asked what they use since I didn't want to see scratches on the car. I was told it would be soft touch. Once paid I looped around to the car wash entry. The usual drill. Get your car in line, once set on the roller put it in neutral and let the car wash take you for a ride. Within 5 minutes I was out with the car dripping wet. I was blown away by the fact that it got everything clean!! Some car washes miss spots here and there but in this case I was very pleased that it looked so fresh! A good thing to know is that even though the wash is located on Foster Ave you have to enter from the other side in the shopping center next to Hess PT. The car wash is open daily rain or shine. Actually the quarter spot was taped over on the machine to also wash your car too. Garbage over flowing everywhere. I'm wondering if it is under new ownership, there used to be a guy there every once in awhile taking care of things. Don't waste your money here.
