This place is very simple and does just what it says, I wanted a (hand) car-wash and have the interior vaccume-cleaned and that is exactly what they did. After they were done, the car was super clean outside and inside, smelled good (it was not smelling bad before the wash either), the tyre rims were shinning. I felt it was worth the $25 I paid for the service. This is also a family owned, local business, so I was happy to tip knowing that it's helping a person directly. Would definitely recommend this place for car-wash and would come again when I need a car-wash.

I get it, but at the end of the entire cycle, when I'm prompted to exit, I have to step on the brake in order to shift from neutral to drive. Often, there have been cars being cycled through which were just a few feet from my rear bumper. ALSO, there wasn't a lot of thought that went into their website and it shows. For example, if you have an issue, i.e., canceling a membership, an inquiry, etc., then you must call their corporate headquarters in Ohio, instead of the local branch. Just creates headaches, especially when they're gone for the weekend. Too bad because, like I said, their car washes are actually very good.

I was ready to pay for my single car wash- that's all I wanted. No interest in their monthly plans. I told the young man that and he was fine. Out of nowhere, some other guy who was lurking in the shadows came out of nowhere and took over, relentlessly trying to pressure me to get their monthly plans. I must've said NO, over 10 times. Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop. I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done. I had been going there longer than he had been alive, but I was never coming back. Plenty of other places to go- one in every corner.
