Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.

For $3 you'll have plenty of time to wash and rinse and spray off the mats also. Along with the self wash bays, a drive thru brushless wash is also an option. A change machine is available foto get quarters, but if you only have a card, there is a card processor available. That is a straight $3 fee for six minutes of wash time which is plenty of time for me. Usually always a quick stop which is good with a busy schedule. I visit often and will be back there soon!

They sign you up and put a transponder on your windshield. That way you can enter in a separate line for subscribers and the gate arm auto raises for you to then be guided by a staff member onto the track while you stay in your car. The whole process is fast and after (or before) you have access to free vacuums indoors or out. The subscription service (optional) allows unlimited visits. I am pleased. I do wish it was trackles but as long as they are there to successfully guide me (no mishaps so far) I am happy.
