I have been a long time customer dating back to the Auto Bath House days. They always did a decent…read morejob, and it was generally worth the weight. Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.

The place is normally reasonably clean, but not well-kept. As for the gas, no worries, but the policy where GE removes any leftover perk credits once you redeem and fill up is kinda "bah"...not a fan of that cheap move. Hence, 4 stars, not 5. Having said that, I always redeem my perks for 30 gallons, taking extra 5 gallon red cans. I got 30 gallons for $2.97 this time...so that's good enough to make me smile.

It was terrifying, an employee guided my vehicle back on the rollers. However, after the wash, not a single employee came to check on me or the car. I found fresh damage on two of my wheels. When I brought it to the owner, Brian, he was completely dismissive and insisted it "couldn't possibly have happened here." Between the unsafe equipment, lack of concern for customer safety, and the owner's attitude, I won't be returning. I'd strongly recommend choosing a different car wash. After reading through the reviews, looks like I am not the only person who has experienced this exact situation.

We were down on this side of town and had some time to burn, so... enter ModWash. The biggest reason for my low stars is the corporate decision to have a human at the kiosk. I guess you get your free ModWash air freshener from them... but like... cmon... what a weird concept. The whole process is fast and after (or before) you have access to free vacuums indoors or out. The subscription service (optional) allows unlimited visits. I am pleased.
