For the last 7 yrs I had absolutely no problems here, the group gab has stopped Every time I go through i always asked not to get sprayed with the bug spray and its been no problem, so today when I went I asked the guy not to spray my car and he said ok and when I rolled my window up he sprayed it any way and laughed, he did this before and I just didnt make a big deal about it but today he rubbed me the wrong way, I have asthma and my daughter has copd an it smell like a chemical to us, im giving them one more try, and if hes there and sprays my car im stopping my car, and doing what I told the Mgr earlier what I was going to do plus I'll end my contract and go elsewhere, remember there's a lot of competition and my 7-8 yrs with you all will be ended because I dont need to be annoyed buy a smart ass guy read more

I have been a long time customer dating back to the Auto Bath House days. They always did a decent job, and it was generally worth the weight. Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings. read more

Rocket Carwash - This is what they consider to be a clean wheel for those of you who purchased the premium package. - Auto Detailing Near Me - Monroeville, Pennsylvania

I was a customer here for years. Until now!!! About a month ago, the driver side mirror (which was turned inward) on my Range Rover was damaged. With the attendant, we took pictures and submitted the claim. Today they got back to me with a photo of the sign displayed that removes them from liability to side mirrors!!! I AM FURIOUS!! I've been paying over $50 a month for years and they just denied my claim as if it didn't happen AT THEIR FACILITY!!! Don't waste your money because they could care less about you ir your vehicle. My whole family USED TO be members until now. Friend got tire damage on her BMW the same day. THE MACHINES ARE DEFECTIVE OBVIOUSLY!!! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! read more

Customer service is awful here. Was lied to saying my gift card I had wouldn't work (which still had credit on it). Team member was pissed I didn't do the monthly plan and treated me like an idiot. Not going to come here again. Sure there might be value in the monthly plan but it's not for me and doing what you did doesn't make me ever want to get it read more

I recently took my van to Rocket Car Wash, and let me say, it was out of this world! I opted for the basic package, which set me back a mere $10.99. Sure, they did try to upsell me on some overpriced packages, but hey, I don't live near there, so it wasn't really an issue for me. And let's be honest, who doesn't love a good upsell pitch? I mean, it's not like I have anything better to do than listen to a salesperson try to convince me to spend more money on something I don't really need, right? Anyway, back to the car wash. The facility was top-notch, with everything looking sterile and sparkly clean. It was like walking into a spaceship, except instead of aliens, there were detailers on the left side of the exit, vacuuming and drying people's cars. These guys were good... But wait, there's more! As I was about to drive off into the sunset, I noticed that they also had a towel drying service. Naturally, I had to check it out. And was I impressed. The guy working there was like a ninja with a towel, wiping down my van faster than a bad child trying to win over his mother on Mother's Day. I was so impressed that I threw in a $2 tip. I mean, if you can make my car look that good, you deserve a little extra cash, am I right? Now, there is one downside to Rocket Car Wash. They don't have self-serving vacuums. I know, I know, it's a tragedy. But honestly, the rest of the experience was so great that I didn't even care. Plus, it's always nice to have an excuse to buy a new vacuum, right? In conclusion, I would highly recommend Rocket Car Wash to anyone who needs a good scrubbing. And if you happen to see Bob Dole there he is dead, but I saw a dude who looked like him so tell him I said hi. If you happen to see any feeble Russians trying to take over the world, well, tell them they are at Rocket Carwash, and not a Nuclear silo. Wouldn't be surprised given they forget little things like that. Maybe just give them a good wash and send them on their way, maybe they will forget WW3 might happen. After all, a clean car is a happy car, and a happy car is one that won't try to take over the world. read more

Dropped the lad off at school, and decided to swing by this place as my car was pretty filthy. The check-in was quick, even with the attempted up-sales (Didn't want the monthly pass at $35 or so a month and the first month half off...lol) by the young lady taking my money. The "medium"deal today, or whatever they called it, came to a little over $26...inside, outside, windows, etc. Add a tip and call it $30. They did a good job with the wash and details, so no complaints. Expensive, in my opinion, but I guess that's pricing strategy for you. Car's quite clean in and out, polite and efficient staff, so off I went and Bob's yer' uncle! read more

Paid $25 for a full wash, interior and exterior. When I asked about the two front rubber floor mats, I was rudely told it would be $5 extra for each mat. I advised I paid for a full detail and I was told a FULL detail does NOT include the rubber floor mats and it would cost $5 more for each rubber floor mat I wanted cleaned. When they were done the only places on the interior they "wiped" off was the dash board. When I inquired about the remainder of the interior I was told by the boss "if I wanted the full interior completely cleaned it would cost me $ 250. You should have read what the list included when I purchased the wash!" I do not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service in itself was horrible! read more

The car wash is a really terrible car wash. I have the full-service exterior car wash, and when my car goes through the car wash, half of the lights never come on, indicating that the lava wash or the spot-free rinse are coming on, so I doubt I received those. The tire shine is terrible and excessive; it gets all over your wheels and sides of your car, and the people drying my car do a terrible job. My windows are never fully dried, and they don't pull out the mirrors, and the back of my car has never dried fully. read more

Overpriced. The guy at the payment kiosk will try to up-sell you for a monthly subscription... IN MONROEVILLE?!? Seriously, who in the entire Pittsburgh area wastes almost $27 a month on washing their car? They don't even vacuum your interior unless your dropping at least $30. You're better off going to GetGo or Sheetz, then wiping down & drying your car by yourself. Because the Rocket employees are doing the absolute bare minimum. read more

I have taken my 4Runner to have it washed there 4 years now. I have always complained that they're wash does not clean the hood or the roof, just sprays it off. The assistant manager assured me the reason it does not use the brushes due to the roof rack on the 4Runner. I went there today 10/05/2022 and the wash malfunctioned and the shammy roller at the end came down and broke my roof rack. The manager said that they claim no responsibility for the damage. I insured him it was because of his machine malfunctioning is what caused it. Since they would not take responsibility for the damage they just lost my business on 3 vehicles. For what it would cost him to pay for the repair he would have made it off my vehicles in one month. BEWARE! read more

We bought the most expensive wash. The car came out very dirty, and the lazy workers were not interested. All around lame. Save your $40!! read more

My brand new car was sent through for a wash and there was NO WATER OR SUDS! Just dry, spinning rags! As a result, greasy black smudges were all over my car. The manager did not even try to make things right. Totally offended. I have been a friendly, loyal customer for years that held no value. Now, I will have my car detailed and have a warranted 5 year ceramic finish expedited from a respectable business and rocket can go to the moon! Everyone I know, knows, now. A horrible experience that nobody should go through. Scam! read more

Normally do this myself but it was cold so decided to go this route. Wash was actually pretty good. The vacuum/interior cleaning was sad. Very sad. Four rather surly teenage girls "vacuumed & cleaned" the interior which seemed to be a basic swipe with the equivalent of a duster over the dash, didn't touch the console or the steering wheel, didn't vacuum along the edge of the floorboard (between the seat and the door jam), sort of vacuumed the seats. The windshield was "cleaned" inside, sort of. It was streaky with missed swaths. Cost? $32. So not worth even half that. I wish I had complained at the time and taken before and after pictures....but I genuinely didn't expect it to be as lame as it was. read more

I'm not one to write negative reviews. I'm only sharing this so another person doesn't waste $270 for a complete detail. The manager on site blamed the remaining dirt in my car on me picking up my car one hour after I got the call that it was finished. read more

You wouldn't think you would get such a great wash and customer service by looking at this hidden gem, but you do! Sales team is great and so is the wash. They actually use soap unlike the competition claims they do. They had a great promo going on when my wife and I stopped. First 3 months for 30 a month unlimited for the top package. Of course I was sold. read more

Would not recommend. You don't even get basic services for what you pay. I even asked for additional service and would pay and they still argued and acted as if they were to inconvenienced. The car wash in Irwin PA is much better and friendlier! read more

I started going to Rocket in Monroeville Pa. about 4 1/2 years ago, and thought that they did a fantastic job. I paid $37.88 monthly for the unlimited wash. Now after 5 years the signs of wear are showing. I visited Rocket on Friday 1/26 to find it shut down for repairs for over 4 hours. Returned Saturday 1/27 for a wash. At that time, I noticed that the 2nd verticle brush on the passenger side was not contacting my vehicle. I told a female attendant who aknowledged. My next trip back was on Friday 2/1. As going through the wash, I noticed once again that the brush was still not functioning properly. When I got through, and was wiping down my vehicle with an attendant, I found my passenger side mirror shattered. The attendant notified Assistant Manger Travis who came out with a tablet, took many pictures and my contact information. He assured me that I would be contacted within 24 - 48 hours. He also told me that a part needed welded on that 2nd brush that was not functioning properly. Now, the problem. Management has ghosted me! My mirror had to be replaced since it affected my right turn signal, that cost was $578.80! I paid for this repair, and returned to Rocket Sunday 2/4. I met with Travis again that morning that once again assured me that I would hear from them within 24 -48 hours. I did notice the manager's car, ( Jorge ), present at that time. Now, Saturday 2/10, no contact. I am now on my way back up there to see if I can resolve this in a gentlemanly like fashion, if not, I will request the Police today, follow up with the BBB, and local District Justice on Monday. I wrefuse to roll over for these people after spending over $2000.00 in the last 4 1/2 years, not including the minimum of a $5.00 tip with each visit. Wish me luck, but I will give up. read more

Great results. Not as good as hand washing but for a tunnel wash does a decent job. The could do a better job at bug removal.

First thing first.....Best full service car wash period! Love the fact that they offer different tier memberships that fit any budget. The workers work their butts off! There has not been one time of my many visits that the managers esp Jorge was right out there sweating his butt off with the others. Jorge checked me in at the gate next thing you know he was drying my car off. The manager is so cool and down to earth! Jorge and the others always makes sure my car is right! Give them a try.
