Since the transition to Rocket, it seems the main priority hasn't been quality of service, but rather pushing as many subscriptions as possible. On my most recent visit, I went for the most expensive service. Not because they do a great job, but because I'm hoping that maybe that visit will be the visit they remember to do all the services I pay for. Sometimes, it's not doing the windows. Other times, it's not vacuuming the backseat. Today, it was doing such a poor job on cleaning my wheels -- and yet when I had to ask them to re-do that, I'm looked at like I was demanding their firstborn child. I realize it's a busy car wash, and I'm not expecting a detail level of service. But if you're charging $36 for a service that used to cost around $20 at the same location under a different name, I think we can be a little more fastidious about the offerings.

Having said that, I always redeem my perks for 30 gallons, taking extra 5 gallon red cans. I got 30 gallons for $2.97 this time...so that's good enough to make me smile.

I have always been impressed with how fast the line goes and the overall quality of the wash. I like having towels to finish drying the car and getting the windows done. But the best part about this location is the staff. I was recently helped by Seth when I needed to change the license plate number due to receiving the permanent plate. He went out of his way to be helpful and quick despite having to deal with a rude and impatient customer at the same time. I really appreciate the professionalism this young man displayed. Looking forward to keeping my ride shined up at ModWash in Wilkins all summer!! If you haven't signed up for unlimited washes yet, just do yourself a favor and do it! Money well spent.

We were down on this side of town and had some time to burn, so... enter ModWash. The biggest reason for my low stars is the corporate decision to have a human at the kiosk. Why spend so much money on a UI and self-service kiosk... to have a worker waste my time and theirs to push the buttons for me AND to tap my credit card for me. I mean... I guess you get your free ModWash air freshener from them... but like... cmon... what a weird concept. Soapy, sudsy, scrubby, rinse and dry. Free vacuums to boot when you're done! The attendant was kinda pushing the "get the monthly scrub-a-dub-dub" program, but that's okay...it could be a good idea for some folks. All in all...a great spot to get your car spotless!
