I'm laughing at my foodie self as I'm about to review a gas station! It's late night and I'm on a work trip. I don't know the area so as I drive in circles for the nearest Oreo milkshake, it seems everything is closed where I would normally go in my own city. I see that a Sheetz is extremely busy so decide to opt for a gas station beverage of some type. When I enter I see tables and tons of people hanging out...yes at a gas station. Teens to adults laughing, eating, and drinking MILKSHAKES! I decide to go to the kiosk and see if they had an Oreo shake. Cookies and Cream appears and I order. I swear I didn't even get to car before it was almost half gone! It was the best milkshake I think I've had in a very long time. So skip the normal shake spots if you need a treat, head on over to Sheetz! DELICIOUS! read more

I come here quite often and always good to grab quick bites or MTO meals. There really is something for everyone. You can always find a Sheetz and they're pretty consistent with their service and offerings. If you drive a car that takes gas you can fill up there too. Definitely recommend! And the rate of which they are expanding into new locations and the region also tells you how popular and worthwhile they are. read more

Sheetz - MTO foods - Gas Stations Near Me - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Sheetz is a gas-station and convenience-store chain that has hundreds of locations across several states. This specific Sheetz is in Robinson Township. It is open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. It sells gasolines, packaged snacks and beverages, and made-to-order foods. According to the store's website, it also has a carwash, an ATM, and wi-fi. My husband and I visited this Sheetz to purchase snacks and beverages for a road trip. I thought that the selection of foods and beverages was OK, but I would preferred to see healthier options. To pay, we used the self-checkout. The machine worked correctly to scan our items and to use our credit card. We did not interact with any employees, so I cannot comment on their level of customer service. read more

This is an easy Sheetz if you need to fill your rental car with gas on your way to the airport from the city. It's an easy exit to get to it, then an easy exit to get back on the parkway to continue your journey. Trust your GPS as you won't have to backtrack. I haven't been inside, but I'm guessing they have the same, delicious food all of the other Sheetz's have. read more

i bought a meatball hoagie and the quality was very poor. There was only 3 tiny meatballs, and very little marinara sauce. very cheap quality and so disappointing read more

The food was brilliant. Without a doubt the best experience I have ever had at a Sheetz location. The young man making food, Joey Catarisano, was very kind and outgoing. He definitely deserves a raise, in my humble opinion. If you are visiting, I would hope that you get to meet Joey and say hello. Would definitely recommend! read more

Sheetz online delivery, whether it be doordash or from the sheetz app is absolutely ridiculous. You never know when you're going to get your order or if it's even being delivered. Just tried ordering Sheetz from doordash & it charged me twice but says there's no order being placed. I'm done with sheetz, they're all fucking idiots. Fuck sheetz. read more

Been here a couple of times... It's a decent Sheetz... Gas was easy to pump. In the past, drinks, water, etc are readily available inside. No complaints. read more

The manager here is always soo rude. Twice now, I have been taken back by how she handles her customers. The first time being the worst I have ever been treated in my life at any establishment, and I have been I. The service industry 19 yrs, so by no means am I being, what the kids say "bougie" about this. The app is does not allow some modifications, and extra graham cracker isn't a listed menu item, but I'd have never asked if I'd known the woman would take her anger out on me, mind you I OFFERED TO PAY FOR THEM. Yelling and spitting venom. I don't have her name as she refused to say, but I'd like to compliment EMILY because she's the real rockstar here, having such a toxic boss read more

Really well laid out efficient sheetz. I really wish we had these back in ny! The bathrooms were super clean and the kitchen area looked clean from what I could see. I had a great grilled cheese with ham and delicious mozzarella sticks. My friend got a burrito and she loved it. I got a great coffee in the morning there too. A lot better than you'd expect in a gas station haha. Comparable to wawas. read more

Sheetz has it going on, and living in Texas, I giggled when I saw the name. Of course we don't have Sheetz in Texas, but I wished we did. This is a convenient store on Steroids, not like the Buc-ee's that are in Texas, that are the equivalent to a Wal-Mart in size, but the perfect size to get fresh order meals, cold beer, clean restrooms, and oh yeah, gas. I am a fan, even though I giggle when I say the name. read more

When in Robinson I always stop at this location. For a multitude of reasons. 1. Gas: one of the few places in the area that carry the E85 fuel. Cheaper than the regular blend and better if you have the appropriate vehicle. 2. MTO: who can pass up touching that screen and imagining the amazing food about to hit your lips. 3. Convenience: If you are either on your way into or out of the shopping mecca that is Robinson, it's easy to get what you need and get out. 4. It's Sheetz: enough said. read more

Sheetz has really upped their breakfast sandwich game and I've turned into a fan, again. Remember when Sheetz was the only serious 'made-to-order' game in town and everyone wanted one between them and their work? Yea, that was me too... Then they started to slack off, and Get Go came into the picture. Then a few others followed suit... Well, Sheetz has won me back over with my breakfast sandwich this morning. I've always been a member of their 'card club', using their Sheetz card for like $.03 off per gallon of gas, and 2 weeks ago I stopped in to another location for a breakfast burrito. It was decent, nothing too amazing, but I used my Sheetz card. So- I guess their computer system saw that I hadn't been back in a while and sent me an e-mail for a free breakfast sandwich. I used it today. I got the breakfast Ciabatta with double bacon, scrambled egg, shredded Colby jack, lettuce, tomato, onions, fire roasted tomato sauce, boom boom sauce and topped with hashbrowns. And it was all FREE. It was DELICIOUS! I have to warn you- I ate mine at my desk but this sandwich is NOT the kind you can eat while driving. When checking out the clerk told me I could have went completely hog wild and added double steak, double egg, the works... on there and the entire mess would have been free...! I'm sure I won't be seeing any free offers anytime soon, but I'll be ready next time. My one complaint is that when ordering a side of hashbrowns- the computer lets you pick some dipping sauces- well, they never put my selections in the bag. I should have checked, they should remember... Join the Sheetz club, you won't regret it...! :) read more

One of my first stops when I'm back East. The best gas station food ever. I love how they are constantly evolving drive through service now at some locations. I keep my Sheetz card in my safe haha no idea why but that's how much I love them. read more

So Sheetz bailed me out on a poorly planned food trip in PA. I waited too long to hit Dons Pizza and they closed at 8. Doh! Come to find out, a lot of things atleast where I was. shuts down by 9. Not used to that. Thankfully Sheetz is 24/7. I got a meatball hoagie or sub, or something like that. Was very inexpensive and hit the spot. Was made to order very fast and I was in my hotel destroying it in private in no time. The store was clean , well lit, no bums outside begging, and the gas pumps were working fine. read more

Always pretty good at getting me where I need to go but getting chirped at for ordering a larger quantity of food is something I didn't have on my agenda for 5 am I get that it would be easier for them for me to order online but at least it was all the same thing and you saved yourself time wrapping them double when your coworker said they had to be wrapped individually this was for work so I have to wrap them individually myself anyways so thanks you'd have to make them either way so idek actually what ordering online would do for them you still have the order to fill either way and it's not your place to tell me how to order my food read more

I used to work at a Sheetz so I know how difficult it can be to put out orders quickly and correctly during the lunch rush. This is the fastest & cleanest sheetz I've ever been to and the staff is lovely. Thanks guys! (: read more

It's Sheetz. They're all amazing and will cater to your needs. The best gas station I've ever seen.

Stopped here after a concert. I understand that it was very busy. However, we waited over an hour for our food and it still wasn't ready and had to request a refund. I don't blame the workers. It feels like this specific sheetz is very poorly managed, especially being the closest one to star lake. There were at least 30 other people who all ordered food and within the hour we were there. I did not see a single one yet their order. They need more staff and better training on how to handle something like this. VMTO section only had two people staffed on it, and the fryers had no one staffed. However, there were two people who ran the registers despite no one being on it. I understand the situation there in however, multiple people had your request refunds after waiting over an hour. Poorly managed and staffed. Do not come here after a concert at star Lake you will not get your food and waste your time. read more

Honestly I only come her in the morning and they never have enough people working to take care of all the people coming in for the morning rush. I come here usually at 730 in the mornings during the week and the line is pretty long with only two cashiers . The gas station isn't even long enough to hold the number of cars but I understand that. You can't make parking. However you can have enough people working.. if I had another option, I would go there .. read more

Robert is the nicest employee I've ever encountered here. It was super easy and convenient to order & food came out hot and very quickly. Was having a bad day and truly this man's kindness made my whole night! On top of that, the entire staff was very kind, I didn't catch the other girls name. read more

Great service, food selection, easy to order. They have a bit of everything and are always close to you.

As I'm typing this review, I've been standing here waiting on a simple food order for 20 minutes and there are a dozen other people waiting for their food as well. The staff working food prep don't appear to be in any particular hurry and to make it worse, there are signs on all of the monitors indicating that no fried products were available. I can oy imagine how long it would take had the employees actually had to work the deep fryer as well. Things were honestly much better when the government was paying people to stay home instead of working. read more

This Sheetz has a nice layout that seems more efficient than some other locations I've been to. The store and restrooms are kept very clean. It's the perfect place to grab convenience items or get gas in the Robinson area. read more

I go in this morning for the 2 for 4 breakfast sandwiches...I get to work after having to walk there, and not having much time between when I start, I really don't think the sandwich makers have much common sense. I get the two sandwiches go back to my office, open them up, and if you order a bacon and cheese croissant, isn't it supposed to have egg on it? Isn't that inferred? Common sense...no one just gets a bacon and cheese on a croissant. Is there no quality checks? This is not the first time this has happened at this location. I sure hope they check this because they really need to hire people with more common sense. read more

Wow! These people are so nice and polite that I was compelled to write a review. Thanks guys!

Like most locations this one is always super busy at the gas pumps, in the convenience store and at the made to order counter. It's so convenient to be able to use a screen to order a sandwich, app or some other snack. This location while busy is efficient and streamlined. read more

When it comes to gas stations Sheetz has NO equal. Best gas prices in Robinson (unless you're a Sams Club member of have Fuel Perks coming out of your ears) combine with on-the-go food and a ridiculously large selection of non-alcoholic drinks. The Sheetz MTO should be its own Food Group ... batting a .950 average for my palate I have yet to meet an MTO I didn't like. Recently they've redone the Coffee Bar (at this location) and added a decent amount of healthier eating options. Their newer Sheetz Card program tracks your buying habits (sorta) and give you free food everytime you hit 10-bought on 6 different categories. It also when scanned lowers your gas price 3-cents per gallon. This particular Sheetz can get packed ... and on those ocassions it might be a 10 to 20 minutes long trip to get in, order, and get out. But the food is tasty enough and the employees nice enough (there's a couple exceptions here and there) that even on those crazy busy days you can still leave a happy customer. read more

This location is always crowded & there's always a long line at the register. It's an average sized Sheetz. Not huge but okay. I don't like the fact that you can't scan a smartphone or wallet sized Sheetz card at the gas pump. You have to have a key ring card or the little scanners won't read it. Otherwise, it's what you would expect from a Sheetz. MTO and coffee and snacks. It's close to home so I am here a lot. read more

This location has saved me several times from starvation and petrol. The pro's: - Best Car Wash (brush free) - Pretzel melts - Yummy! - I can do all this and get fuel - Awesome idea The con's: - The go to late night hang out for high school kids in the summer (Not that is bad but they are very busy at night when you want to get in and out of the place). I will be back. read more

Pricey. Good service although slightly rude at times but not too bad. I love sheetz food and everything

Ok. So I've been to WaWa and they are pretty dope. Sheetz is a funny name and they informed us that they've been around longer than WaWa and they cover the northern regions and WaWa is more southern territory. This location was dead at 3 in the morning while WaWa has always been packed. But enough about WaWa. Sheetz is a glorified gas station store that has an ordering system where you can get food made to order 24 hours and avoid customer service and slip back into the night. They have sandwiches, Mex-American, smoothies, what have you. I dared to try a burrito style bowl - pulled pork, beans, rice, lettuce, pico, salsa etc. It was a good size (and it should have been for $7) but quality was very meh. The beans were hard/undercooked and there was more lettuce than anything and I got lots of toppings. The pulled pork was pretty tasteless and they put green peppers in when I asked for a mix of yellow/red. I haaaate green peppers. Blah. For 3 in the morning, I ate it but I was a little afraid I might get sick. Luckily that didn't happen. Quality was a little better than Taco Bell but not as good as El Pollo Loco. My boyfriend liked his sandwich though! read more

This Sheetz is a bad location. The staff cannot get food orders correct. No only did they forget food items they also messed up the made to order food. In addition, they also screwed up our specialty coffees. I visit other Sheetz locations on a regular basis and never had this experience. Very disappointing. I think Sheetz should consider a management change at this location so that the normal high standards can be maintained. read more

I ordered the nachos. It was very nicely made and not cheap worth the toppings. Great customers service all around.

Avoid the diabolical touch screen automated ordering system. It's user hostile and just plain weird. You literally cant order an unsweetened iced latte. Because its not programmed for that. So the humans wont make it for you. I think the clerks are being controlled by the machines. read more

Great Sheetz: fast service, very clean, and friendly staff.

So I love Sheetz & I always usually go to the Wexford one for a big & satisfying turkey sandwich. I went to this one today bc I was out in robinson & got two 12 in sandwiches and each had two pieces of meat on them.... This is so disappointing and should quite frankly be illegal!
