5/5 Sheetz. My buddy Dan Otto (aka DO2) and I have been coming here since day one. From the jump, it's been nothing but elite! stellar staff, killer food, and an atmosphere that just hits home like a turners tea on the way to MAHS. When I say my man Dan (junior) knows Sheetz, I mean he knows Sheetz. We're talking connoisseur level! And even he ranks this spot in his all-time top ten, no question!! They've got MTOs, they've got F'real shakes, they've got everything you need and then some. At one point, Jr (my boy) considered franchising a location, but backed out. Not because he didn't have the means (he absolutely does) but because he knew deep down it would never match this Sheetz. Some things are just too good to replicate. Because I have to wear an ankle boot until my surgery, I decided to get a car wash at Sheetz. I have never had any problems until today. I paid $12 for the Premium Car Wash only to find out when I got home how horrendous the job was. My trunk, roof, and hood looked like they had not been touched at all. In addition, my driver's side rear fender was also dirty. So there i am in my driveway with an ankle boot washing my car. Something is seriously wrong with that car wash. read more

The food is gas. Lowkey the wait is long BUT I understand due to the fact that its open 24 hours and always has people in and out.

I found hair ENTANGLED in my cheese curd, like beneath the breading. I know for a fact this was a SUPPLIER issue, and none of the sheetz employees at this location are to be blamed. just wanted to let people know because wtf normally when there is a hair in my food i'll just pick it out but nah that hair was marinating in my cheese curd for probably months if not years. read more

This is the worst sheetz ever. It's horrendous. From the huge lines all the time to the poorly stocked shelves, they can't get things right. Their bathrooms are messy and filthy constantly out of paper and overflowing garbage cans. Car wash is broken half the time and food preparation is questionable at best. It's a gas station what more to say other than it has more than just petrol. MTO, made to order, food is decent with a wide variety to choose from, and personally better, slightly, than any fast food choice. This location is always busy yet you rarely have to wait at the pump. It seems like yesterday that this location opened but it's mostly because I don't get back out to this area unless traveling or visiting family. This is a large Sheetz with outdoor patio seating and their well-known MTO menu/system. I don't know anyone who doesn't like Sheetz. This one is busy, busy, busy. I have been to countless sheetz locations throughout the state and out of state locations. This one is easily one of the worst, can't think of one that I've been to that takes even half as long to put out orders. And the food quality is lower than others on top of that. The orders are stacked on the counter while they blankly stare at the monitor for 30 minutes while you stare at your mediocre food sitting there in front of your eyes. This place, when staffed inappropriately, runs much like a frat house. The staff that were on hand at the time of my visit were loud, obnoxious and talking about everyone they knew as if the customers could not hear them. Things were being thrown behind the counter in plain sight, making me double guess myself after I ordered food. Dumb me, I should have known. When I did get my food and by the time I had a chance to eat it (mere minutes) it was ice cold. Which wouldn't be bad if it were certain foods, but for burgers, not so much. The hamburger patty itself was colder than the lettuce, pickle or mayo on the sandwich. Maybe if the frat boys behind the counter were less concerned about the gossip they were spewing my food may have been edible. Decent store but never enough cashiers. Too many registers where you can buy this but not that. Always out of stuff. If I wanted to shop in a store that is poorly stocked I'd just shop at the WalMart up the block. Today, no fountain drinks. This location is very hard to navigate. If you turn right, you're golden. If you want to go left, go behind it and go to a red light. You'll never turn left. The inside isn't set up well. The wait line is right as you walk in so it gets crowded. It becomes a high school hangout. If you don't mind or if you're young, that's fine. If you don't want bothered, go elsewhere. read more

This location has been the stop to and from the office on MANY occasions now. If I am extremely low on fuel, I stop here on my way home. My car pool buddy and I stop here every morning for a caffeine fix. I have cut back on my chi-latte habit, but still get one or maybe a yummy breakfast sandwich...OR if I didn't pack lunch, I'll pick up some hummus for my noon meal. This station seems to keep up with gas prices....if you can call it that. When gas prices fall, Sheetz is one of the first to drop their prices as well. And the reverse is true also. I have saved as much as 0.13 per gallon by filling up here as opposed to the local BP or Exxon. My biggest complaint (other than gas prices) is that the MTO (Made To Order) food items takes longer to make than I have time in the morning. The drinks are prepared by a separate barista and usually don't take long to make. Also, pick up a Sheetz Drink Card and your 8th coffee/MTO drink is free! read more

I've come here several times for a quick lunch while working in the area. It's a reliable choice, although nothing on their menu particularly impresses me (not that there's anything wrong with that). The tastiest things on the menu (in my opinion) tend to also be the least healthy. I have a weakness for the fried apps, especially the fried pickles and the mac n cheese bites. The fried chicken sliders and the mac n cheese are pretty tasty too. There's also a wide selection of drinks and snacks; it's fun to walk around and look at all the candy they have, including some that I don't see at a lot of other stores, such as pretzel M&Ms, Hi-Chews, white chocolate Reese's, etc. There's some healthy snacks, like veggies and apple slices, as well as yogurt. There were also some menu items I wasn't a fan of, such as the gourmet cheese-stuffed soft pretzel, which didn't taste fresh to me, and the fruit & nut salad, which was basically just a container of salad and grilled chicken served with prepackaged raisins, nuts, and apple slices that you could add to the salad yourself. My coworker once felt sick after getting a salad (I have never had an issue with anything on the menu) and has stuck to pulled pork sandwiches ever since. The flavored coffee drinks are too sweet for me and I haven't found any bottled unsweetened iced tea, although it's possible I just haven't looked hard enough. The service is pretty quick, even when it's busy. I think ordering fried apps or sides might make your order come out more slowly, but not significantly so. The staff I've encountered have all been nice and efficient. My coworker has gotten gas here a few times; it's convenient since we stop here for lunch so often. I think you can get some discount with a Sheetz card, although after one of the cashiers set me up with one, I've never been asked/reminded to show it when checking out. So what the heck was my niece going on about. Her favourite place to eat is sheetz. What??? I didn't get it. A bag of chips with a gallon of gas... and that is her favourite? What has america come to. But we pumped some gas and had a sandwich. Now I get it. It's actually a restaurant as well, but without waitresses. Pretty clever. My first time to a Sheetz and it was good. Of course, it doesn't hurt to be one of the only places open at 1am...and it was packed. I filled up at Sheetz in Moon Township, PA today and decided to get a car wash there too only because Globe (right up the street) was closed for maintenance. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! I selected the most expensive wash ($13) and SHEETZ car wash totally sucks!!! The rear of my SUV and both sides seriously need washed again!!! The only part of my vehicle that looks like it was just washed is the hood!!! I called twice to complain and the line rings and rings and rings!!! No one picks up! The most disgusting bathroom ... I wakes in after an employee used restroom and there was wet, shredded TP on seat and pee underneath. There were rust/blood stains that I could not even wipe off with the Clorox wipe that I brought in with me. It is obvious that toilet seats are not lifted and cleaned under! I sure wish Sheetz would go nationwide. I would trade everyone of these 7-Elevens and AM/PM's we have out west here for one Sheetz! My friends think I'm crazy when I go to Pittsburgh and they ask me where I want to eat, and I say Sheetz! Love the MTO's and Pretzel sandwiches. I'm also glad they have Galliker's Ice Tea for sale and the selection is amazing. This location is very nice! The customer service is normally top notch at Sheetz, too.
