When it was done it was almost perfect. (Of course a touch less wash isn't going to get hard on grime) The under-carriage spray was the best feature, it removes the salt from the wintery mess which causes rust.

At once a week that's cheaper than any 3 star touchless washes around that goes for $10-12 each. Quality of the wash is a 4. Prob best all "automatic" wash around but could be improved with some hand work to "touch up" where the machine missed. Area like trunk next to the indentation near the rear license plate or indentations in the bumper for fog lights etc are totally missed and leave patches of dirt behind. On flat painted areas it did well and shines nicely. Did fair job on tires/wheels as well although not perfect. Area for improvement: leave microfiber towels for customers to use with finishing detail "spot wash" and some drying towels. Some other places do this, but I didn't see at this location. Toss the free air fresheners (does anybody really use these 1980 products now) and put that money into some microfiber towels. Or for your highest level clean, add a hand detail afterwards. That would definitely increase its value and interest!

Points to consider when going to ModWash: 1) Membership is a better value than a one time wash. Even the less expensive plan will get the job done and if you average one wash a week, your dollar goes a long way. 2) Some locations have a mat cleaner, a machine you insert your dirty mats and it will clean them. Take advantage of the compressed air, the cleaning sprays, vaccum and the wipe down towels if you have time to polish up your ride. 3) Many locations make it much more convenient to get your car cleaned up. Just on the south side, I see Bridgeville and Washington alone with 3 locations... Decent service and overall recommended.

I don't want the traditional beat-on-your-car wash that risks tearing off antennas. 2: They have an underbody spray to get off all that pesky road salt. You get what you'd expect here from any automatic wash. It does a fair job but you just can't beat a hand wash when it comes to the details. There were a few spots that weren't washed clean, the wheels still had brake dust stuck in them, and the air jets really only blow the water around while the mechanism continues to drip on the car. You'd be best to take some towels with you to finish the job. There's some touch up work to do after this wash, but it was only 10 bucks. I say 4 stars.

They washed a broken down car!…read more I visited this location on the first sunny, mid-70s Saturday of the year, meaning there was a line extending all the way to the street. Despite heavy traffic they kept the line moving, and when I requested full service (meaning an interior cleaning as well as the exterior wash) they were very upfront about how long the wait would be based on demand. Then it got interesting. Smoke started to billow out of the hood of the car that was next up to enter the wash. The driver turned off her car and walked into the wash for help, and without delay workers helped her identify the problem (a leaking radiator), and when they found the car would no longer start they proceeded to push her car into the wash and clean the car!! Needless to say, I was impressed. There was no delay in the line, they kept the victim of car failure calm, and they still delivered her the service she'd been waiting for. I couldn't see what happened once her wash was completed, but I have to assume they pushed her to the neighboring auto shop as well. The best part - the several workers who serviced my car did a terrific job. It hasn't looked cleaner since before the first time I let a kid eat inside of it!
