Living in Pittsburgh (we're from CA) with all 'the weather' has taken a toll on borh our cars, and a real challenge to keep clean. Months later (in April) my son used his gift and could not say enough about how great his truck turned out! Believe me... If anyone could/would scrutinize the work done, it would be my son. Beware, the owners will never OWN up to a mistake made on their PART…read more Owner/tech whoever installed these weather techs rain guards did it completely wrong, they claim our window was defective and or the seal was cut, all just run arounds 1. Why did you install them if you suspect my window to be faulty? I'm not the expert but obviously either are they if they installed anyway instead of notifying me. 2. Again, if it was cut I bought this car two months ago and that would have been handled else where. All I was asking was for them to fix my bottom window seal that now needs fixed because of the way they installed it. The only answer I got was the owner stating only if I bought the weather tech there would they "replace" them, but the weather tech are fine the INSTALLATION broke the window seal.

My husband is MUCH cleaner than me and has had this service once before and loved it. I never got it together enough to actually clear out my car before I could get it clean. After an hour of clearing it out (I know, there was a lot of crap in there), I was READY for the cleaning! They notified us when they were on their way and took almost 3 hours cleaning both our cars! The cars look great! I have never seen my car so clean, honestly. They were both very nice and thorough too. I saw them taking before and after pictures, which I'm sure is for insurance purposes too. I just like that they're responsible. We had both the inside and outside cleaned for $120, which I think is totally fair. Being an expat Californian, it took me a couple of weeks to find a detailing shop. The first appt turned out to be a no-show--not me, the guy I made the appt with. Not good for business, I'd say. The second one wanted to book me for three weeks in advance, but I wasn't having it. Then I found Distinctive Detailing and it was smooth sailing. I booked online but quickly received a call regarding the dog hair situation which was, admittedly, dire. I could have built two more German Shepherds out of the hair in my car and these guys knew it was going to take a lot of muscle to get my car back into shape. It wasn't cheap for sure, but I know how difficult it is to remove dog hair, so I was in. And it was well worth it. It took the guys all day to work on my car, but I was greeted by a shining, clean-smelling, virtually fur-free Outback. I could tell how hard they worked on this one. The guys were really nice and fun to talk with, too; in fact I got some good tips on where to take my two furry friends (for walks, not for grooming), so consider me a big fan. If you want friendly detailers who really pay attention to details, bring your dog hair-laden, fast food wrapper-laden, dingy, smelly car to Distinctive Detailing. You will not be disappointed.

Worst car wash in the area. I usually go to the gas station car wash down the road, not mentioning…read morenames, but theirs was closed so I have this place a try again. What a waste of $11! I upgraded to the second best wash of 4 options. The entire wash cycle maybe took 3 minutes, no wax no nothing but a few suds. Two of the three wash bays were closed but all should be closed, for good. As you can see in my photos my vehicle want even washed. The entire side is almost dry not even touched. I called the 412 number but no answer. Avoid this rip off And take your money somewhere else.
