I use it occasionally because it's close to my work. I regularly go to Cleantown on Rt 8, which is in my opinion is the best around. For about $4, I can get the outside of my car relatively clean as I don't mind doing it myself. This car wash may be the best of it's type I've used in my 60+ years. For those who don't want to do it personally, there is one bay that has a fully automated car wash. I tried it once & it was also fine. It's not long enough in there to drive through, so the washing equipment goes around the parked car. There are a few different levels, which add-on different chemicals to the wash process. At the end, there is a 1-minute blow dryer. There are I think 4 self-serve bays + the single automatic bay. There is also an indoor tub to bathe a pet. The self-serve units do accept credit cards, but I found that to be clunky/confusing. The equipment also accepts paper bills, so minimal coinage is needed & there is a coin changer on-site.

The inside of the car wash seems clean and maintained, but the ordering kiosk is so worn that you cannot even read the options anymore. Now his response is just the ground keeper? The first words out of whatever employees mouth was "who the f*** are you?!" Not hey sir, can I help you? Or please don't do this or that. He asked us to leave and while trying to do so, he kept getting more hostile, moving closer, and aggressive for no reason. I thought he was going to start a fight. That's when he said "I own you" and when I stated I was a Marine for our country. There was no "sorry sir" or trying to be polite in any manner. It was all out of anger. Clearly our dog was sick and throwing up. No remorse or care. Why are you telling a Mexican person that they are owned? They, and no other person are property! Maybe some proper employee training, anger management, and not being a racist would be beneficial. I've never had such a horrible interaction with a person trying to run a business

It did not remove the dirt on the sides and top of the windshield where the wiper blades don't reach. There were still splashes of mud on the car's exterior and the tires and hubcaps looked like they hadn't been touched. While my car was cleaner than it had been before the wash, their touchless "LaserWash" system just didn't cut it.
