2/26/23-came for first time. Greeted by friendly staff that helped select the wash options. $17 for mid grade is a bit much but $19 for unlimited washes/month is not bad. At once a week that's cheaper than any 3 star touchless washes around that goes for $10-12 each. Quality of the wash is a 4. Prob best all "automatic" wash around but could be improved with some hand work to "touch up" where the machine missed. Area like trunk next to the indentation near the rear license plate or indentations in the bumper for fog lights etc are totally missed and leave patches of dirt behind. On flat painted areas it did well and shines nicely. Did fair job on tires/wheels as well although not perfect. Area for improvement: leave microfiber towels for customers to use with finishing detail "spot wash" and some drying towels. Some other places do this, but I didn't see at this location. Toss the free air fresheners (does anybody really use these 1980 products now) and put that money into some microfiber towels. Or for your highest level clean, add a hand detail afterwards. That would definitely increase its value and interest! read more

The customer service is so poor! I had a simple problem with my account and tried to get help and all I got was a run around. This started 2/15/2026 and never got resolved as of today. I tried to call but no answer. I emailed and that's where I got the run around now I am trying to log into my account and the site is down all I want to do is cancel my subscription and can't get through to anyone. I had to cancel my credit card to stop it. I talked to 2 managers at the car wash and they tried their best but no help. read more

Final review. We are canceling our subscription. My wife went today. Chain broke 1/3 of the way through. She had to drive through the rest of the way with soap all over the car. Did any employee offer to hose off the soap? Nope. Nothing. Sent her on her way. She ended up using more than a dozen or more towels to try and clean it off. Bye bye modwash read more

So I'm looking for a good car wash and this one was so disappointing. First time through and I paid the extra for the undercarriage to be washed. It is still caked with mud and untouched and dry. My tires and up and around them still caked with mud and if my undercarriage was getting cleaned it seems they would have seen some water and soap but nope...filthy. Not to mention all the seems of my vehicle still were dirty. read more

I've been a monthly member at this modwash for almost two years now and everyone there is always so kind and helpful. If there is ever anything wrong they always make it right, a few times I've needed a second wash due to the highway driving I do but they are always more than accommodating. We are used the harmar location. This is NOT the same! Both staff members are only looking at their phones, including the one directing you into the car wash and monitoring for issues. He literally motioned for me to advance without looking up from his phone. Other locations actually make sure your wheel is like, somewhere close to the guide rail! So first if you are going to use this one, have really good aim because you aren't getting any help. I came through with the intent to airblast some corners of built up dust at the vacuum station. No air blast! And the small nozzle hose that's supposed to have liquid for touch ups doesn't work at any station. I went to wash something else out at the sink. It was clogged, and the drain was broken so the water getting through the drain was just spilling all over the sidewalk. If you need a touch up on the drive through part, it seems about the same as others. The mat cleaning machine is also quite a bonus and that at least seemed to be working here, though I didn't test it. So lesson learned: keep driving past this one, it's not worth it! read more

I love having a monthly subscription to get my car washed anytime I need it. The equipment doesn't damage your vehicle like other car washes do. read more

I came to the car wash on March 13, 2024. The young man who came to the pay kiosk offered me a promotional deal of $10 for unlimited washes for 2 months. I used it that day and one other time. He said that promotion would be running for the summer. He took my card and I agreed to the $10 for two months of unlimited washes. He told me my card would be charged at the end of the two months. On March 13, 2024, my card was charged $16. I thought "alright, he was wrong about the amount - it was $16.00." So I let that one go. Then my card was charged again on May 13 for $16. I just discovered it today. So I paid $32 for what would normally have cost me $20. I have gone online and was able to cancel the membership that I did not sign up for. I just wanted to let you know that you have a bad employee (or location) that just wrecked your reputation for this new location. read more

This car wash has been amazing since day one and continues to follow the protocol. The staff is always smiling. They greet you at the entrance make sure you understand what you're doing and give you car fresheners. They make sure you understand the directions as you pull in to the car wash itself they come around to make sure if you have everything you need to take care of the needs of your car. Found this place while wanting to find a good car wash for my RedHot. I got there, no line. Someone came up and greeted me with a smile, went over the different wash selections, and went over the unlimited wash package. I wash my car probably once a week, and it pays for itself for the monthly charge after 1-2 washes. The car wash is state of the art, quick, and gets even the bug guts off the bumper and the windshield. They have a place complete with carts with bottles of window cleaner and sanitizer, and a bin of dry/damp clean towels to dry off the car. The place is clean and they perform checks on the equipment often. Unlike any car wash out there. The staff here is friendly, and even wear uniforms. This place is a well oiled machine and does a great job...oh! Vacuums are FREE! No need to drop in quarters to vacuum your car. One thing that would be great, and increase their sales, a detailing service. But overall, this place is my new spot to clean my car. read more

Came to this car wash on a Sunday afternoon and was very pleased with a quick wait. The touch screen was very user friendly and you have multiple payment options, including a monthly pass which I plan to buy, and multiple types of washes. There were 2 workers IN MASKS which I really appreciated right now (unlike globe down the road) who were available to help and guided the car into the wash. My car came out much cleaner than other washes nearby. After I used the free self vacuum which was great! Will be back soon! read more

This is without a question the best car wash I have ever been to. Our cars are cleaned throughly, the staff is friendly and the vacuums are powerful. For the last 35 years I have washed and waxed our own vehicles. With our busy schedules, time doesn't permit me to wash and wax our own vehicles anymore. I purchased one of their unlimited washes and highly recommend giving this car wash a try. read more
