I get it, but at the end of the entire cycle, when I'm prompted to exit, I have to step on the brake in order to shift from neutral to drive. Often, there have been cars being cycled through which were just a few feet from my rear bumper. ALSO, there wasn't a lot of thought that went into their website and it shows. For example, if you have an issue, i.e., canceling a membership, an inquiry, etc., then you must call their corporate headquarters in Ohio, instead of the local branch. Just creates headaches, especially when they're gone for the weekend. Too bad because, like I said, their car washes are actually very good.

This place is very simple and does just what it says, I wanted a (hand) car-wash and have the interior vaccume-cleaned and that is exactly what they did. I felt it was worth the $25 I paid for the service. This is also a family owned, local business, so I was happy to tip knowing that it's helping a person directly. Would definitely recommend this place for car-wash and would come again when I need a car-wash.

I was ready to pay for my single car wash- that's all I wanted. No interest in their monthly plans. I told the young man that and he was fine. Ge just kept going! I told him I was in a hurry and just want my single car wash. He wouldn't stop. I finally reached my breaking point and snapped at him- totally went off and said I was done. I had been going there longer than he had been alive, but I was never coming back. Plenty of other places to go- one in every corner. I drove away telling the polite young man that he was great and not to listen to the other pressure salesman- " how well did his tactic work?!" Drove across the street to GetGo and had a great experience, plus it was cheaper!!! Guess I found my new car wash.
