Bill and Mark are the standout employees to help your car look its best. In three minutes, your car will be dapper. If you purchase the unlimited pass, the car wash pays for itself if used more than twice a month. This is the true value and worth every cent. When entering, the license plate reader scans you and the gate opens. There is literally no fuss nor wait. I don't use the free vacuums that much, but they did come in handy yesterday!!! pro tip: When you buy an unlimited pass, you may use all of the Mr. Magic car washes in the area and there must be more than a dozen of these things. ( they wouldn't listen or help when I called just very rude)We understand how inconvenient it was to arrive at two locations that were temporarily closed for maintenance. (You think )Since you referenced "Always work as a team." Our maintenance and operations teams follow that rule closely ( they need to put some money back in to there product)when equipment needs repairs, they act together to keep everything running safely and reliably, even if that occasionally results in overlapping downtime. ( more than occasionally) As outlined in our terms and conditions: "Although this is an unlimited use car wash program, the car wash equipment is mechanical and may occasionally be unavailable due to repairs or maintenance or due to weather conditions or other events beyond our control. It would be in your control if you spend some money)We do not guarantee any of our car washes will be available to you at the time you seek to use it. ( I know that for sure , and you don't care rude people)Your unlimited package is accepted at each of our car wash locations. We are closed on Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and operate on reduced hours on other holidays. ( nothing else to say , commercial not needed) Credit is not issued for holidays, maintenance, repairs or other closures." These expectations are in place because safe, effective maintenance sometimes requires closure found that out had to go to third location)even on days when you'd prefer otherwise. We also want to clarify one of the concerns you mentioned: we do not use recycled water in our wash process. The water used during the cleaning stages is fresh, treated water that meets all local and EPA requirements. (If true , why EPA , ) Regarding your interaction with our representative, we're sorry the closing (very very rude)question--"Is there anything else I can help you with? (Thru out the call )felt dismissive. It's a standard part of our call ( ver very rude, mean person )process, though we understand it may have seemed abrupt during a frustrating moment. ( think very rude)The conversation was notably tense, ( yes she was )but our staff remained professional while assisting you.( not true did not assist me in any way) We'd also like to note that you reach out frequently with concerns, (tell you there product needs help , and staff needs help)and each of them has been escalated to our maintenance team ( car still not clean like promised)even when the issues you describe haven't aligned with what we see on-site (oh of course you would say that rude person )or with feedback from other customers. Nonetheless, every report has been addressed.(not true white circles left on vehicle , looking like dirty water) If you ultimately feel another company may better match what you expect, we understand. The basic wash starts at $10.00 and prices work their way upward. I opted to add the undercarriage wash to mine bringing my grand total to $15.00. Cash is accepted as well as cards. They are also offering a half price discount for the 1st month on monthly car wash packages. I asked what they use since I didn't want to see scratches on the car. I was told it would be soft touch. Once paid I looped around to the car wash entry. The usual drill. Get your car in line, once set on the roller put it in neutral and let the car wash take you for a ride. Within 5 minutes I was out with the car dripping wet. I was blown away by the fact that it got everything clean!! Some car washes miss spots here and there but in this case I was very pleased that it looked so fresh! A good thing to know is that even though the wash is located on Foster Ave you have to enter from the other side in the shopping center next to Hess PT. The car wash is open daily rain or shine. It's wonderful to have a descent car wash close to where I live!

The instructions are not clear and are very confusing I tapped my card and set the dial and nothing happened. tried for about 10 minutes. then tried another card and looked good but again nothing happened I finally found someone to help and they did something and it finally worked.
