Needless to say, I booked quickly. Casey walked me through the work he would do and finished quickly and expertly. He even showed me where my glass had been replaced before which was news to me. I'm very pleased with the work they've done and relieved to have saved a good bit of money on the repair. I'd only make a note that the signage in the parking lot isn't the most obvious and I was a little hesitant that I was in the right place but it's well worth the trip and the price!

There was glass everywhere inside the entire car and pieces of the branch still inside. I called Ryan's at 9:45am and they assured me that my insurance Progressive was accepted and that I could drop off the car. I filed my claim with my insurance and they sorted things out in less than 10 minutes and I dropped my car off at 10:20am. The timing was perfect my car was cleaned and ready by 11:40am!! I've never been somewhere that is so efficient! I'm so appreciative of all that they did for me especially on a Friday in such a quick time. I use Geico insurance and it was super easy to file a glass repair claim using the Geico app, and a different installer other than Safelite. I scheduled an appointment for them to come to my house to replace my windshield. The day of the appointment the tech called and said it was too cold outside to replace my windshield. Therefore I would have to bring it to their shop. Why didn't they consider weather when they scheduled my original appointment? It's winter time. It's been cold outside, 20 degrees for the last 3 months. I agreed to reschedule. I set up an 8 am appointment. When I arrived for my 8 am appointment, the shop was closed. No staff was there. Other customers were waiting in the parking lot. The whole staff showed up 45 mins late. It is sketchy that the whole staff showed up all at the same time, literally at 8:45 I understand delays with snow but I have higher expectations. Contacting customers the day before or the morning of, informing them of the delay would be professional. The manager was not very apologetic and didn't t take my time seriously. More professionalism is expected and required. The waiting area also needs a cleaning. The lack of cleanliness and professionalism are a reflection of management.
