My son and I…read morewere very nervous about towing it because the front clip was sitting only 3 inches off the ground. My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. Donny assured us he could tow the car with no damage whatsoever. That's exactly what he did. Meticulous and very professionally done. Not a scratch. I actually have AAA, but opted to have Garzonys complete the tow at my cost because my prior experience with their towing service has been very satisfying and my son cherishes this car. Thanks Garzonys for a JOB WELL DONE!

I was ordered "no driving" for several weeks. It was very difficult to schedule my 2 grandkids to retrieve it when repairs were finished, due to college schedules. After waiting 9 days of it waiting to "come home" and still no grand kids--I called Boff's. The experience was wonderful. Val in the office said they could get the car and bring it to my home. Such relief!! The kind tow truck driver, Dave, came to our house quickly to get my keys as the other set was locked in the car. He retrieved it and had it back in our driveway within a short period of time. Val and Dave represent the company well. Professional, kind and understanding. They brought calm to my stressful situation. Stating "Don't worry. " I am so very grateful for them. Dave even placed it in it's very own parking space for me in our driveway. My heroes!
