Mellor's is the best and I will always take my car to Bob first. He's honest and kind. I have taken all my cars and family members' cars for anything from inspection to brakes/rotors, and if he can't do it he makes a recommendation of someone he trusts who can. Always a great price too. read more

I really love it here. Bobby the owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. He always makes me feel like the questions that I ask are important and not stupid. I like the friendly atmosphere because since I am not car or tech savvy sometimes other shops treat me like I am an idiot or an easy mark. Bobby does not. He is a great guy to work with and very honest. I will continue to bring my car to him. read more

BEST AUTO SHOP IN PITTSBURGH!! I've been going there for about 18 years, even back when Bobby's Dad ran the place, on the North Side. Ever since Bob took over, not a damn thing has changed. Still the best service, prices, and superior work. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

The parking lot is not perfect but the service I receive, IS! Having just moved to the area, finding a trustful mechanic is always top of the list. To make matters more difficult my car was old and failing, it's all I had. The folks at Mellors' treated me like family, when family for me are a few thousand miles away. They were understanding, honest, and quick. 15 months later, I have 2 new vehicles, new friends at Mellor's, and confidence behind the wheel of my car! There should be a comfort level between you and anyone working WITH you. I have blind confidence at MELLOR'S.....you will too. read more

Awesome service! I had my car inspected here. Very friendly and honest workers, & they get the work done in the amount of time they say they will. The owner was genuinely concerned about how much I would have to pay for a part that needed replaced on my car. They won't try to lie to you and make you have more work done than needed. I highly recommend them. read more

He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out.
