No parts stores carry this part - at least not any more. Now add in that it's Sunday on a holiday weekend. Plassmeyer was recommended to us through a facebook, "seeking recommendations" post. We called and they were closed - but you could leave a message. We left a message, but didn't expect anything to come of it. Well, we were wrong!! We got a call back within 60-90 minutes and Shawn had the part and was willing to let us come get it on a day they were closed!! We couldn't beat the price! My husband even tried to pay him more money just for allowing us to come get it - and he refused! If we are ever in need of anything automotive while we're in PA, we'll be checking with Plassmeyer FIRST!!! One of the best customer service experiences I've EVER had!!!!!

I then found out i had a $1000 deducible on my insurance. I told them to hold up because I didn't have the $1000. They repeatedly told me not to worry about the deducible. On at least 4 to 6 occasions. They assured me they would get the money from my insurance. After they replaced the hood, the dash and several other parts that didn't need replaced, they billed my insurance $6,702 they still want an additional $1000 from me. the only thing I approved was for them to replace the windshield. Needless to say my finance company has now reclaimed the car. I have since had my insurance company and the PA State Atty Generals consumers dept start an investigation.
