If I was…read moreaware of the reviews on this business prior I would have urged for a different company to handle my matter. My vehicle spent about 12 hrs at Sulli's from the night it got picked up. The next morning I showed up (Approx 10am) & was billed $450. I lived less than 15 min away. $350 to tow it the night it was picked up (10min) & $100 to tow it home. I cannot stress enough for anyone to avoid this business. *The owner I'm assuming, was demeaning by blasting my personal info to others present in store as to why my car was there. Me & my bf were met by a snarky remark of "I knew you'd be able to come up with the money" when we returned to pay. Personally, this business is a sinking ship but the man in charge will price gouge by any means.

We got a call back within 60-90 minutes and Shawn had the part and was willing to let us come get it on a day they were closed!! We couldn't beat the price! My husband even tried to pay him more money just for allowing us to come get it - and he refused! Their prices are extremely more affordable than other garages in the area. I was especially pleased with them on one instance when my vehicle was stuck in the mud; a worker arrived quickly, freed my car in what seemed like seconds, and then proceeded to only charge me half of the standard price. I was able to make it to my destination not only on time, but with a little extra money in my pocket. If I wasn't so fiercely loyal to my mechanic, I would also use Bachman's for my other automotive needs, such as oil changes and major repairs. You can't go wrong with these guys.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I bought a used vehicle from a private owner. The seller had me meet him at…read morethis shop, where he had the car get an advanced inspection, emissions and we completed all the other paperwork. The seller told me he couldn't meet me there to finalize the deal until right before they closed. When we got there, he met us outside and stated their sticker machine was broken so they were unable to put the inspection/emission stickers on the vehicle, but that it had been completed, there were no issues, and I could come back the next day to get the stickers put on. I understand that this was the point in which I should have said no, somethings fishy. However, I really needed a car for my family, and it was my first vehicle ever. When we returned the next day, they said the machine was still broken. When we called the day after that, they sounded confused when we said that the sticker machine was broken the other day and asked if it was working yet. They said yeah, come over. When we got there, they saw our car and said that the machine was still broken. After exactly 10 days of phone calls, sometimes very rude on their end, we were able to get the stickers on the car (that now had the check engine light on.) Less than a month later, we had MANY issues with the car. I have spent thousands more dollars in a very short amount of time on this vehicle that I was assured by both the seller and Jim that there was nothing wrong with it. Shame on me for being naive and not thorough, but also shame on them for being shady jerks.

But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.
