If your car was towed by Tiffany's Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them…read more Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner. Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. I then found out i had a $1000 deducible on my insurance. I told them to hold up because I didn't have the $1000. They repeatedly told me not to worry about the deducible. On at least 4 to 6 occasions. They assured me they would get the money from my insurance. After they replaced the hood, the dash and several other parts that didn't need replaced, they billed my insurance $6,702 they still want an additional $1000 from me. the only thing I approved was for them to replace the windshield. Needless to say my finance company has now reclaimed the car. I have since had my insurance company and the PA State Atty Generals consumers dept start an investigation.

The Wagners are very honest about timetables and costs. They are good about telling you what various options you have for parts, types of repairs, etc so you understand what the opportunity costs are with respect to time, money, convenience, and quality. They are also very responsive about looping customers in on communication with the insurance companies. I appreciated that the Wagners were willing to explain auto body 101 concepts to me -- they are humble and there is no talking down or condescension when repairs/car issues are being explained. On sort of a side note, by talking to Rob I learned a lot about car bodies and just generally got some bigger picture insight into car repairs, the insurance industry, and supply chain issues. The Wagners just come across as being very decent and thoughtful guys. And not least of all, the quality of the repair is fantastic. The car looks like new and feels new. Even though I live in the eastern part of the city of Pittsburgh and the Wagners are out in a northern suburb, I would make them my first choice for future big repairs. I recommend the Wagners in the strongest, most certain terms.

He said they had some tows scheduled early in the afternoon & would call before on their way for mine. I ended up calling around 4 to check if they only accept cash for tows & Chris explained he would be there in about 15-20 minutes & that they have no way to run credit cards from the truck, so only cash would be accepted. When they came to pick up my car, it was all downhill lol. My car hadn't moved in 2-3 months. The brakes had locked and it couldn't get pushed onto the truck. We also tried jumper cables to jump it but that didn't work because the gas was a little low & again it hasn't been started for awhile. Chris & his buddy hooked up the car with a chain and steered it on to the truck. $60 (6miles total) my car was on it's way to the shop. Since my car was just a drop off at mechanic , I didn't have to be there / ride with them but it was nice to know the option was there. Thanks again guys!!!!
