If your car was towed by Tiffany's Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them. Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner. Tiffany's Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything -- photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don't know the local code. Superior customer service!! Came to tow my X3 due to a flat (no spare). Upon arrival, instead of just towing it, they attempted to inflate the tire so that I could just drive to the tire shop. Not only did they get my tire to inflate, but they left the pump with me so that I could continue to inflate. They didn't tow me unnecessarily AND they didn't charge me a penny! I was in need of a towing service. Im reading the reponses that Tiffany's Towing posts under their customers reviews and it has shown me all I need to know. I would never use this company. Its my opinion that the reviews are most likely accurate based on the anger, hatred and cruel response given by Tiffany's Towing Company. Unprofessional, slanderous and very frightening. A car tow is a very important task and the service cant be trusted to a business full of such hostility not to mention the mistakes made by the drivers listed in the reviews. RED FLAG!!!!
