Had an unfortunate experience that resulted in a police officer having to tow my vehicle. If I was aware of the reviews on this business prior I would have urged for a different company to handle my matter. My vehicle spent about 12 hrs at Sulli's from the night it got picked up. The next morning I showed up (Approx 10am) & was billed $450. I lived less than 15 min away. $350 to tow it the night it was picked up (10min) & $100 to tow it home. I cannot stress enough for anyone to avoid this business. *The owner I'm assuming, was demeaning by blasting my personal info to others present in store as to why my car was there. Me & my bf were met by a snarky remark of "I knew you'd be able to come up with the money" when we returned to pay. The manager at this company is the friendliest, funniest most caring person ever to deal with. He worked with me more than I could ever have imagined. I was on the phone speaking with him and started to cry, and he was so so caring and talked to me and helped me stay calm about my situation. 1 star because I can't give zero stars. $750 (cash) for a tow from Beaver falls to Fallston. (Cops called for tow not me) Drivers said he couldn't tow to my mechanic. It had to go to there lot. $750 for that distance is outrageous. Avoid them if possible. read more

You were way too extra with my daughter for taking her own car keys off of your desk AFTER you were handed the money with yelling and calling her a crackhead and a pig then continued to follow us out while yelling and cursing as we were trying to leave, very unhinged and unprofessional, you know who you are, I can see why you all have way more bad reviews than good. read more

They were who showed up to tow my van off when it got totaled in an accident. They were kind and helpful, gave me time to get things I needed out of the van and let my daughter sit in the tow truck to get out of the rain. They made the insurance company wait half a day so I could get down to the wrecker yard to get the rest of my stuff out of the van. I've never had anyone who didn't know me stand up to the insurance company for me before. They even offered to help me gather my stuff up, and gave me the name of a trustworthy local rebuilder, which I had been looking for for years. Having somebody plow into your car at a stop light is never a good thing. But Mr. Sullivan turned a disaster into a case of every cloud having a silver lining. read more

My brother was in an accident that led to a brain trauma and broken neck and they refused to talk to us about anything to get his belongings out of the vehicle or to just get this vehicle back! They were very unprofessional and told us to call back during business hours which we did the following day, but they insisted they were still closed on this Friday morning, now they say they won't b open again til Monday in which my brother will have to pay for all those days that it's being held hostage there! This place is not professional at all! I can't believe they don't care about highly injured car accident victims and only care about the $ they can accumulate holding it there! I said ya and they tried to add a storage fee for four days. I have Moores in Hopewell take it to NorthStar and bill was 392.00. These people are crooked.
