They tried their best, knew the product, and sat with me and listened to me. They took phone calls and emails where it probably wasn't convenient for them, but wanted to make sure I was happy. I had a positive experience buying this car from this family. The only thing I wish we could've ironed out was the minor scratch at the sale, but that's okay -they're working on it and have agreed to work on this. I'm very pleased and recommend them to anyone. I also want to say this is the first dealership where the sales people confirmed to drive the product and not just sell the product. That to me gave me great confidence in buying with Rohrich as well as the Rohrich Advantage with how much our family drives. Thank you for everything.

My car has been at Rohrich Mazda since July 29th and I still do not have it back. Communication has…read morebeen extremely poor--I have had to chase updates, and even then, I am rarely given clear information about whether parts have arrived or when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. To make matters worse, the rental car I was using has now been recalled, leaving me completely without transportation. Neither the dealership nor Mazda has provided a timely solution or loaner, and I feel stranded despite being a loyal Mazda customer. A repair delay can sometimes be understandable, but what is unacceptable is the lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support throughout this process. I expected far better from Rohrich Mazda and Mazda as a brand.

Story goes that I needed emergency brake surgery on Saturday and nothing was open so I went to a big chain store. Of course, they told me I needed $500 worth of work. Calipers, rotors, pads, etc. I was literally in tears. I didn't have the money so I left and drove with my emergency brake. Come Monday, I hit up Romeo's with no appointment and a new set of brake pads from the local store. I just asked for a "what's wrong" and got the best, most honest answer...Nothing! Total was $70 since I had my own pads, and with no appointment. I was so relieved. I will be back to this place-they were super nice, quick enough, close by, and most importantly honest. The reason I chose this place was because of the good review on Yelp. Totally worth it.

Then I found out about Garage2u. Garage2u is a mobile mechanic. They come to your house (or wherever your car is) and fix it right there. They have all the tools that they need. In my case he worked on my car in the driveway. It couldn't have been easier. And it couldn't have been more cost effective. Way less than half of what the garage wanted. And it passed inspection! Oh and get this. Dan (the mechanic) called me two days later to follow up and make sure that everything was ok with the car. Show me another mechanic that does that! So I get to keep the car a few more years. Many thanks to Dan and Garage2u.

This is my favorite auto mechanic in our area. Michael is a super ethical and competent mechanic…read morethat has a nice way of telling you what needs repaired or serviced. They go out of their way to serve their customers. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.
