A friend said I ought to check out this BMW exclusive service garage. . I took it to Joe and he reported that the grease was fine and he recommended not replacing the CV joint only the boot. It cost me only $900. Guess where I'm going next time there's a problem.

As the other reviewer said, they are very knowledgeable here and were fair and honest. The best part though was it felt like they went above and beyond in doing the actual work! Basically if you go to like Jiffy Lube etc they'll do a basic oil change for a cheap price, but at Apex for a reasonable (slightly higher but I'm telling you it's reasonable/worth it) they actually check all your fluids and tighten everything that needs tightened, my car feels 100 times better than before they worked on it. I'll be coming back to them next month for an inspection and pretty much anything I'll need done from now on. Good guys who really know what they're doing. And quick, too! Highly recommended if you're anywhere near the area.

That has changed now thanks to the guys at KG Autoworks. They worked her into their very busy schedule while she was on vacation. They did the inspection quickly and called her to let her know it would pass but they found something that she should fix soon. We knew it needed rear brakes and rotors, an oil change and the liftback hydrolic struts replaced. Since they had it overnight anyway we had them fix the CV axle too. They didn't give a long list of things to fix or try and scare her into fixing the CV axle right away. They were honest, fair on pricing and worked quickly. They did a good job and we are very pleased. We will be return customers. We highly recommend KG Autoworks, especially for women. That recommendation for women is because we aren't always treated with respect and honesty elsewhere. It has nothing to do with the fact that the mechanics are hotties. ;)
