While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. I also met the manager and was concerned initially when asked to meet him because I thought the manager was going to put the high-pressure tactic on me. But that did not happen and he only thanked me for being there and asked about my experience. Due to factors not related to the dealership at all I am not sure when I will be ready to buy a new car.
