Once I chose my car, the financing, insurance and notary were all online so I never had to leave the house. The 7 day grace period gave me time to haver a full inspection the vehicle by an EV specialist, Which I would encourage any car buyer gas or EV to invest in this piece of mind. Only negative was it took me 2 attempts to get the vehicle. The first car was delayed due to the EV battery failure, but the second time the car was delivered within the agreed timeframe. I am super satisfied with my car and the Carvana. I would definately use Carvana again.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

CarSense is awesome! I was buying my first car after finally getting my license (at age 30!). My…read moredad has bought a few cars from the CarSense in Cranberry and always had a great experience, so he recommended I check the Robinson location out since it's closer to me. First, their website is super easy to use to help you see their current inventory and search/filter by make, model, price, mileage, and even special features. If you create an account, you can also save cars and come back to review and compare them later. They had several hatchbacks in my price range available. I called a few days before I wanted to come to the dealership and spoke with Jaison, who was super friendly and easy to work with. He talked to me about what I was looking for and even sent me a video of one of the cars I was very interested in. When I came out to the dealership, I wanted to test drive some alternatives. Jaison had told me he wouldn't be there when I was planning to arrive, so I worked with Jon, who was also very nice. Jon gave me three cars to test drive, and I ended up going with a 2015 Chevrolet Sonic. It looks brand new and has under 20K miles on it. I'm an idiot and forgot my checkbook at home, but Jon let me fill out all of the paperwork so I would just need to come back in the morning with a check. It took under two hours to test drive and choose a car and do the paperwork, and then 15 minutes for me to get it from them this morning. A few things to keep in mind: 1) They do NOT haggle. It's not what they do, and they're literally not allowed to do it. This isn't a bargaining thing; they just don't do it. So be prepared to pay the exact sticker price. 2) Their financing is based on the vehicle that you choose, so you can't apply before you choose a car. I ended up getting financing elsewhere because I wanted to have a check with me before I went.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

I was very…read morehonest on the condition and mileage on my vehicle. 2007 Honda Civic with 343,000 miles, slight rust and minor dings. The estimate I was given was $850. Fair enough. It was a difficult situation due to the fact my ex wife's name was still on the registration & title so she had to be there to sign documents. I called Craig to let him know and made the appointment to come in and sell my car. I arrived at the location on time, Craig was not there as he stated he would be. Another gentleman was there, very nice but did not know about my situation. He did the overview of my car then we went inside for the offer from corporate. They offered me $300 but waived processing fee of $99. I'm just so shocked by the fact that the value offered was 60% +/- less of what the online evaluation was while I was completely honest about conditions of the vehicle. Tires, rotors, breaks, battery were all in good to fair condition with about 30,000 miles on them. I obviously took great care of my car to get that many miles on it. I probably could have got 100,000 more but couldn't risk it. The gentleman kept telling me how impressed he was of the condition and how well kept it was for being 15 years old! The fact was however that I was backed into a corner because of my situation with my ex wife having to drive from the south hills and it was uncomfortable enough. At the end of the day it is what it is. The gentleman was nice and professional and did tell me " I wouldn't except the offer if I were you". But again, I was stuck in a corner. He mentioned the fact that the trade in value dropped because I waited 20 days from my original offer to the sold date. My fault, I had to accept what they offered. My suggestion is do your homework and be ready to walk away from their offer if needed. I was not so fortunate. It was better than trying to sell it outright however. People not showing up, being unreliable, etc... Just disappointed in the price offered vs quote. UPDATE: I was contacted today by the manager of we buy any car in Shaler. They made the situation right and did everything they could to make sure that I was happy. I am now very pleased about the situation and how everything turned out. It says a lot about a company that is willing to make it right if the customer is not happy. Thank you.
