Once I chose my car, the financing, insurance and notary were all online so I never had to leave the house. The 7 day grace period gave me time to haver a full inspection the vehicle by an EV specialist, Which I would encourage any car buyer gas or EV to invest in this piece of mind. Only negative was it took me 2 attempts to get the vehicle. The first car was delayed due to the EV battery failure, but the second time the car was delivered within the agreed timeframe. I am super satisfied with my car and the Carvana. I would definately use Carvana again.

I picked up my truck from Carvana yesterday and my experience was generally positive, but there…read morewere a few things worth calling out. I spoke with two client service reps over the phone. The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

Not sure about their actual work, but I sold a junk car to them through Peddle and it was a mess…read more They claimed they would arrive between 11-3pm (quite a large window). I called at 2:30 asking ETA and the lady I talked to said the guy was supposed to come earlier that day - she seemed upset at him. She said she'd find out and call me back. Called me back at 3:07 saying the guy was leaving right away. Late, but whatever. 3:58 rolls around, so I call again. The lady tracks where the truck is and says the guy is "in my area" and "shouldn't be more than a few minutes." ANOTHER hour goes by... By this point my workplace had closed and I'm sitting in my car. Pretty ticked off, I call again at 4:39 - nobody picked up (probably recognizing my number). Tried again at 4:43 and left an unsatisfactory message this time. FINALLY, at 5:00, this guy pulls up. He's plays it off like it was no big deal he was 2 hours late and then adds: "sorry, but I don't have all of the cash for your car. I used some of it to buy a cheeseburger at McDonald's." To say the least, I was in disbelief. Luckily he worked out a way to Venmo me. The cash was all crumpled up in his pocket - extremely unprofessional. He then called his office to work out details and the same lady picked up (so I know she was there, avoiding my missed calls). We got it all figured out and they left with the car, but holy rip. 2 hours late and spent my cash at Mickey D's... I'll never deal with this company again. You've been warned
