I was ordered "no driving" for several weeks. It was very difficult to schedule my 2 grandkids to retrieve it when repairs were finished, due to college schedules. After waiting 9 days of it waiting to "come home" and still no grand kids--I called Boff's. The experience was wonderful. Val in the office said they could get the car and bring it to my home. Such relief!! The kind tow truck driver, Dave, came to our house quickly to get my keys as the other set was locked in the car. He retrieved it and had it back in our driveway within a short period of time. Val and Dave represent the company well. Professional, kind and understanding. They brought calm to my stressful situation. Stating "Don't worry. " I am so very grateful for them. Dave even placed it in it's very own parking space for me in our driveway. My heroes!

They rushed the work the second week, and scratched my roof in a few places and told me it was like that. Angie stated they Did the scratch, she saw it somehow in a picture they took?? They fixed it. The one in the middle of the roof was not repaired. I found paint smudge prints and dust on my back door panel, and dust in the interior door panels as well. They Armor All the tires, and had it all over the freshly painted wheel wells! They did a nice job on the rust, but that was it! Absolutely no communication the first week they had my car. I had to call to get a update on Friday... I asked for them to buff my car, $225, they did not even do the whole car, so I feel I should have been reimbursed some, but they did not. So this is why I am giving a 2 star review. For spending $2075 for work they provided, I think they should have treated me and my car more professional than they did!
