As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. Communication with the owner was dismissive and unprofessional, and the situation was portrayed as our fault for the insurance company we use. Accidents are stressful enough without facing excessive fees and unhelpful treatment afterward. I would strongly advise others to ensure they control where their vehicle is towed if possible.
