I reviewed the car inventory on their website and found two vehicles that I was interested in. I called and made an appointment with DeAndre. We went and test drove the cars. And it was a really simple process. I was able to read the Carfax, the maintenance history, etc. and we ended up buying a Hyundai Kona that was a year old and the process was super easy. If you value your time, money and sanity do not rent from Enterprise in Robinson. I booked a rental (a truck) on the enterprise website. As part of my auto claim through Nationwide, I specifically requested a truck, of which it was to be delivered to Body by Cochran. I had even spoken to Collin, the branch manager prior to the drop off to make sure the truck had a receiver on it, by which he said the truck did. When the Enterprise associate arrived at the body shop, not only was he not in a truck, he arrived in a Nissan SUV that smelled of marijuana. The smell of weed was so strong that either it had just been smoked in or there was weed somewhere hidden in the vehicle. When I asked where the truck was, I was told they wouldn't have any trucks until Friday. Shortly thereafter, I went to the Enterprise office and spoke with a very nice young man who told me they had plenty of trucks. They lied to me, had the absolute audacity to try and place me in a vehicle that smelled like weed and neither apologized or tried to make things right. read more

I LOVE my new(er) car I purchased at Enterprise Sales! I wouldn't hesitate to send anyone there to work with Jeff, who followed up with me via email and phone. Enterprise has newer, well-maintained cars in excellent condition with slightly higher mileage than usual. I'm confident they thoroughly check out the cars they sell. They offer a 12 month/12,000 warranty and roadside assistance for one year. The car I purchased is still under the original manufacturer's warranty. The car's history was clearly detailed on the car fax and the price was great. Jeff wasn't there the day I went in to buy a car. I worked with another salesman, Matt, and Brad, one of their finance managers. I had the challenge of a specific budget determined by my credit union. After test driving a vehicle I wasn't completely satisfied with, I asked Matt about a hatchback version. Lucky for me they had one at the Cranberry location, it was being moved to their location that afternoon. I was able to test drive it later that day, and I LOVED it. When you find the right car, you just "know". I imagine it's like selecting a wedding dress after trying so many on, and finally saying "Yes, this is the one!". My credit union couldn't approve my loan that day, it had to go to committee, and things got weird. Matt tried to talk me into buying the car that day with alternate financing which would have been too high an interest rate for me. Matt suggested I could just return the car within seven days, have them buy back the car and then buy it back when my credit union loan was approved. This was ludicrous. I was upset this was even suggested. Enterprise has a 7-day return policy, no questions asked, but a restocking fee applies. I imagine it's not the intent of this policy to have customers buy a car one day, return it, and "refinance" the purchase of the same car the following day. I told Matt I wanted to speak to the finance manager. I waited another hour (with my kids in tow) until Brad met with me. I told him I thought Matt's "suggestion" was ridiculous. Brad then informed me they couldn't hold the car and stated if someone else was interested in the car I wanted, they would sell it to them. This was a bit of a shock. Due to my work schedule it was difficult to arrange to visit this dealership which was out of state, and I had already spent four hours there, with my children. I had spent several weeks and tons of time trying to find a dealership and salespeople who respected my budget constraints and my credit options. I had even had other dealerships offer to let me take cars home I was considering purchasing until the next day. I left, very unsettled, without knowing if the car I wanted would be sold to someone else while I waited for loan approval from my credit union. My loan was approved the next morning and thankfully, my car hadn't been sold to someone else. I had to drive two hours back to Pittsburgh, with children, after I got a check from my credit union. I called ahead in the hopes of being able to hand over the check, sign papers and be back on the road in my new car. I ended up waiting almost two hours, since they were working with other customers. I got to finally meet Jeff, he was great! I signed the dealership's paperwork, ecstatic I was able to get a fabulous car, with many features I wanted, at a great price AND a fabulous interest rate from my credit union. In the end, I found the right car for me at Enterprise because of fair pricing and the quality of their pre-owned inventory. I would have visited them sooner if they were local to me. Other dealerships quietly ignore the fact, or fail to disclose, many vehicles they sell are actually fleet cars. Fleet cars at other dealerships are usually older models. It is not clear if these vehicles have been maintained the way Enterprise takes care of their fleet, if these cars were part of Enterprise's fleet, or how long these cars had been used as fleet vehicles. I have rented cars consistently and exclusively from Enterprise in the last five years. I know first-hand how well they maintain their vehicles. Why not just buy the newest, best maintained, pre-owned, reliable, fleet vehicles directly from the best rental car company? The hiccup (not getting instant loan approval and suggesting not to use my credit union!!!) I experienced, extra time, distance, inconvenience, heartache and worry aside... I LOVE, love, love, love LOooooVE my car! And Jeff is pretty chill, cool and straight forward-so you should see him or talk to him if you want a late model pre-owned car. read more

One of the best car buying experiences. My car was totaled in an accident and I had no idea what kind of car I wanted to replace it. I drove to a location 10 minutes from work. There were many cars to look at. I was slightly disappointed that only one SUV had a rearview camera. That was "a must have" for me since I had one for 8 years on my van. I ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima that did have a rearview camera and I am very happy with the car. read more

Brad Wolbert was extremely helpful. He really paid attention to what I was looking for and focused on exactly what my needs were.
