It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

They couldn't get a flat bed or tow truck through the gates. They then used their pickup which they hooked up the truck, and with a little persuasion from the stuck wheels, they moved it out. Easy title transfer. The 3 guys were courteous and worked hard to remove my truck. Once they got my pickup out to the street, they used their tow truck to take it away. I am very pleased with PGH Junk Cars. I called them, and the next morning they had a flat bed. They called and said they would be back in the afternoon because the flatbed was too big. Very good communication. I can't say enough good about their service. They are the best.

A gas station down the road told me to drive up and see if these guys could figure out what was wrong... limping along in 2nd I got to the garage. I was a stressed mess and probably came off rude and scared but the guys and gals at Troy Hill Garage got my car in the shop and dove into it. I went and wandered the city on foot for a couple hours but probably and hour and half after they started on my car they called to say it was fixed!! Ended up being a bad shift cable bushing and it was a cheap fix! I own three Mazdas. If I can even get an appointment, they are always saying they can't do my inspection for another 4-5 months (I'm not planning that far ahead for an annual inspection appointment). I have been refused an appointment because they didn't want to do a 60,000 mile service that included a timing belt. Multiple calls and leaving messages and voicemails never get returned. When I did have my last service they signed me up for some CarFax thing that I didn't ask for, and then didn't report the work that they did so I just get notices from CarFax that my car is overdue for an oil change that I had them do. Mazdas are great cars, this area sucks for service on them though and other areas of the country I have had way better experiences. It's a shame.

While I was there I was treated like my purchase was important to them. I mostly worked w Z but Sam and all the others were so kind. There was a little pulsating in the steering wheel when I applied the breaks. Z said no worries we will take care of this. I bought the car right then and then took it to my mechanic. Saw a few little minor things and I told Z and he sent me the money to repair. Not only that , I had then to take the car to a notary that was a few miles away and the notary also said how wonderful they were to deal with. Good guys she said. While I was there another customer was there also buying a car. He said he had purchased 3 cars from them. I said I was concerned about buying a car from a used car dealer. His excate words were "they'll cover you likeca blanket " and they did. I couldn't be more pleased!!!!
