It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.

It's now been three months since we canceled those warranties, and we still haven't received any refunds. One time, they even had someone give me a lift home and picked me back up because the repair was going to take a long time and they didn't want me to have to sit there. Now that's service! I have an older car so I am always worried when I take it in for the annual inspection. Michael and his team never rip you off by making up repairs or anything even on an older car which I totally appreciate. They have done both major (replaced my AC system) and minor (old change, tire rotation and inspections) work for me and I could not recommend them any more. My only gripe is their driveway which sometimes gets deep ruts in it that's hard on our other car which sits low to the ground. They do try to keep up with it to make it smoother but it's difficult since it's just gravel. Minor gripe for such a great place.

#1 Cochran Kia is really #1 for me and my family!…read more I took my 2014 Kia Optima in to have some details looked at and the manager let me keep my car there to check on the recalls. He called me right back to say that my engine had failed one of the test, and that it would have to be replaced! Naturally, I was worried about changing something so important on a car. He let me talk to the mechanic and said that Kia would replace the whole engine, for free, and that it would still be under warranty for the next 5 years. I was happy that they reassured me that everything would be fixed. The manager said that he didn't want me to worry, since I was pregnant and had a two year old, so he put me in a 2018 Kia Sorento until my car was fixed! I have never been to another dealer where they would care about your well being like that. I just got my car back the other day and it is running perfectly!! I would have NEVER known about my engine needing to be replaced if they wouldn't have taken the time to look into the recalls for me. They took responsibility and now I have a dealer that I can really trust and respect. Not only did they pay for everything to be fixed but they gave me a solid rental and had it done in a week. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be purchasing a new vehicle with them in the future.

I recieved a call from Mike, who informed me that I "need tires and an alignment." I told them I would get them elsewhere but that didn't explain why the front end ONLY shakes when accelerating. After informing Mike that I would be getting the tires/alignment elsewhere he told me I owed $210 as a diagnostic fee. I never once was notified of any diagnostic fee and would not have agreed to the service if that was the case. He was very firm that I MUST pay the fee to get my car back and stated "My employees do not work for free." I called back and provided Mike with Pennsylvania Law, Chapter 37 Pa. Code 301.5 that States an "automotive shop cannot charge you a diagnostic fee if they did not make you aware of it before hand." Mike then stated "Mam, come get your car off of my lot now. I will make sure my employee can feed his family tonight." After leaving the service department, I contacted another local Kia dealership, in WV, and explained the situation. They were able to see my car immediately and determined that the cause of the front end shaking was caused by a faulty inner CV joint that is covered under warranty!!!! They also did recommend tires but stated that there was no way the tires were causing the issue of front end shaking ONLY when accelerating. BEWARE and know the LAWS!!! Crooked, trying to scam for a diagnostic fee when the car actually needed warrenty work!!

Very disappointing experience, especially with Dominic Lill…read more My appointment was at 1:00 PM, and after waiting to check in, I was told the service would take about 1 1/2 hours. I waited until around 3:30 PM in the lounge with no update or communication. When I went to ask Dominic about my vehicle, his attitude and the way he spoke to me were extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the long delay or apologizing, I felt like I was being treated as if I was bothering him for simply asking about the status of my own vehicle. His communication was rude and dismissive, and there was no sense of customer service. The service itself was eventually completed, but even getting my vehicle afterward was disorganized--I was given different directions about where it would be brought out and had to keep going back inside to ask. Delays happen, and I understand staffing issues, but there is no excuse for treating a customer disrespectfully. Dominic's attitude and handling of the situation were the biggest reason for my negative experience today.
