So I filed a claim with my insurance and selected Precision Auto Works for repairs. Precision gave me a same-day estimate, worked with my insurance, and scheduled a repair at my convenience. Precision's estimate was ~$200 more than my (virtual) insurance estimate but I only paid my deductible and Precision sorted the difference out with my insurer.
