Again, whatever, I need my car and I'm held hostage by the shop so I approve the work. Well now there's continuing electrical issues with my car directly relating to the technicians bad crimp job on the harness they replaced and made me pay for. So I have to bring the car back to get fixed, do not get a courtesy vehicle, and get talked down the whole time I'm there. Come like 3 days after I finally get my car back I found two giant lugs left in my wiper area, cracking the inside of the plastic. I've had service performed in the past with minimal issues. However, the complete lack of…read morecommunication in this latest instance is just not acceptable as a business. After being told before scheduling my initial appt that they could repair an ambient temperature sensor issue, I dropped off the car at my scheduled appt time. However, the requested sensor work was not performed (oil change and state inspection were performed). The manager offered to make it right by actually inspecting the sensor issue a couple days later and found an additional part was needed, so no repairs could be made that day. After 2 weeks of working with them and being without A/C in the vehicle in the dead of summer, the part allegedly came in. I rescheduled the appt for today at 10:00 am and was specifically told I could wait as the repair would take 30 minutes. I took off work for an hour and arrived at 10:00 am, but was told, after waiting in the waiting room for 10 minutes, that I had to leave the vehicle for the day. I have no other vehicle today and no way of leaving the vehicle for the day since that requires advanced planning. After informing staff that I could not leave the vehicle for the day, the manager came at me with an attitude, which was incredibly disappointing since he was the person to specifically schedule the appointment for today at 10:00 am as a waiter. Simple communication throughout the entire process, especially today, would have alleviated all of these issues. While signs were there the last 2 weeks, I remained patient based on my prior experiences. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this facility due to a complete lack of communication, poor customer service skills, and inability to complete requested service work. Something has happened there within the last year or so as evidenced by recent reviews.
