I am SO impressed with the work done by the men at City Collision II. A woman hit my car earlier this month and the process to get my car fixed here was so quick and simple - It truly took the stress out of the situation. Not to mention, during a global pandemic - their attention to cleanliness, commitment to the service, and proper distance precautions show how much they care about the health of both the clients and the business. Walking away with a beautiful car after a stress-free process (especially during these stressful times). Will be back!

Accidents happen such is life even to the most careful drivers. About 3 weeks ago after my ice skid…read moreaccident into a guardrail I was able to safely drive my vehicle here for a preliminary estimate. Wolbert's accepts car insurance claims and with my company they are on the preferred list. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. I was given a preliminary estimate and they were able to schedule me three days later. They told me it would take two days to complete the work. I deferred the repair until after Holy week since the car was drive able. I took the car in yesterday and got a complimentary ride home. You are given a website link with your estimate so you can check the progress of your repair. This helps greatly when there is "hidden" damage. In my case there were two other pieces needed. I was a little apprehensive as to how long it would take to get those pieces but they had them the next day. I got called mid afternoon letting me know my card was ready. They came and picked me up. I settled the deductible and the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome as I waited for them to bring my car back to me. They also gave me the final estimate which would be turned into insurance so I would know the exact amount of the claim. They offered me free soft drink from the refrigerator. I loved looking at the three turtles they had acquired that had grown and were sitting on their train tracks. I should note that Wolbert's does not use genuine dealer parts which is a requirement when filing a claim with my company. Since the work being done was cosmetic and they also verified I had no mechanical damage I was grateful. The front of the car looked like it never hit anything. Also, they offer free complimentary car wash with your repair. For me that is helpful no matter what the weather because the undercarriage is what really is important when getting the car cleaned. My insurance company has warranted the repairs lifetime outside of normal wear and tear. I've used their services years ago and remembered how pleased I was with them. I feel a lot better having my own car back so I can drive again. Located on East Crafton Ave near Sarafino's they are open weekdays only. Also, note that if you arrange a rental then they will have the company bring that car to you at their business and will have them pick it up from there when the work is completed.

The most recent time (February 2026), they outdid themselves! What was a very unsettling experience for me (the car accident) was made so much easier by their caring staff - every single employee I was in contact with was helpful and considerate. And my vehicle looks great- both inside and out!

They…read moredid a nice job on the bumper, and gave me an extra bottle of the paint that they used in case I need it in the future. I am satisfied with the work on the car and they even washed and vacuumed it. But, a few things I need to mention: My car was not done on time, and I ended up having to go get it a day late. This was NBD for me, but I could see it being a problem for someone else. Statefarm told me that they would come pick up my car at my house and bring it back when they were done, they said that is just not true and no one really does this (maybe that should be a comment for statefarm, not Pittsburgh Collision). Their parking lot is super tiny and a major pain to get in and out of during rush hour. Overall, I am satisfied, and the issues I had were minor, really they didn't even bother me, but I could see someone else getting bent out of shape about them.

This review is for an estimate at Pittsburgh Collision Butler St 15201…read more Took for an estimate on drivers side door. Slightly pushed forward while opened & wouldnt open/close properly. Was told cost would be at a minimum $3,000 and if not done may not pass inspection. Took to another local family owned, reputable garage for 2nd estimate (38th & Penn Ave 15201). The elderly owner looked at the door, went back into the garage, came out with a wooden block, placed it in door hinge, opened/closed door several times, removed block, pulled down in door with his body weight, closed door & it WAS FIXED!!!!!!! He told me "no charge" Lol. I gave him some cash and told him to buy himself a dinner up the Little Italy Days. Needless to say, Ill never go to Pittsburgh Collision for any service.

My beloved 2005 with only 60k miles got hit-and-ran which took out my side mirror and scratched her side up. Other companies I contacted wouldn't touch the car because of her age. Petraglia gave me advice about whether or not to use my insurance, if it was worth my buck fixing the scratches, and they were able to see my car and order parts day-of-contact. It's now fixed less than a week later. It's definitely an old-school shop where all business is done using paper and pen. They called for parts and gave me a set price for parts and labor during our first meet-up. A few days later they called me in to put the mirror on. Because I didn't know about the cash policy and didn't have a check, they even trusted me enough to drive away and grab cash with no strings. There aren't family businesses like this anymore. I'll be recommending Petraglia to everyone I know from here on. Everyone, especially young women, should go here for car support.

My car's power cut out a couple blocks away from here on my way to a jobsite. Familiar with the area, I walked over to see if they had a jumper pack. They were immediately so friendly and helpful. Carmen Petraglia, the owner walked with me up the hill to get me going. Well, I only made it one block and down it went again... So I walked back and told them. They took it in to look at it right away. Carmen called me back early the next day and told me that it was only a bad battery and that they tested the alternator and the electronics and everything was good to go. The awesome thing was that he only charged me for the battery and nothing else. That was a true shock and pleasant surprise. The bigger surprise came when I was picking my car up. Carmen had already told me he was short staffed, so I didn't think anything of it when he was on the phone with a customer while checking me out. We had already discussed everything with the car prior, so I really didn't think anything of it. Well... 10 minutes later on my way home, he calls me to give me the most sincere apology about being on the phone. I felt super compelled to review them because that level of service simply does not exist anymore. I was moved by it. Petraglia's has been there for a long time and has made it work through word of mouth, not online reviews. There's a good reason they've made it this far. One last thing, I lived right next door to them for 5 years and had a problematic car. I always took it to a certain mechanic nearby that gets the best reviews on here and I was never that impressed with them (they could never get me in in a timely manner and never did a very thorough job). If only I'd have just stopped over to talk with Carmen... I guess what I'm getting at is: don't believe yelp reviews, even this one. Give Petraglia a call and find out for yourself how awesome they are.

My car was looked at immediately and, beyond my expectations, they said they had space to fix it on the spot! This was a total blessing after I had spent the larger part of a month trying to get an appointment in at other local body shops. While waiting briefly in the office, the mechanic, the assistant and I had a great conversation and before I knew it -- my car was fixed *perfectly* and I was out of there with time to spare before arriving to work. The people at B&M were so kind and generous with me while they did such fine work on my car. I'm definitely returning (plus their location couldn't be more convenient). Additionally, I appreciated B&M's empathy and unpretentiousness when my car was getting fixed. As a young woman who isn't wildly familiar with car mechanics, I've had so many experiences with other body shops where I am implicitly demeaned or belittled for seeking car repair. B&M heard me share the needs my car had and quickly fixed the problem. :)
