My next door neighbor just had the same problem with his E500 and when the tow company(not Garzonys) pulled the car on to the flat bed, contact with the ground ripped off the front clip including the front bumper cover. In other words, because he wasn't making money, he would not re-do the inspection. Charged my son $50 for nothing, didn't even put an emission sticker on. The car is only 2 years old. I dropped the car off for an estimate, they contacted my insurance company and repairs were started right away. They kept me informed, as well as my insurance adjuster, through the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was so happy and excited...it looked exactly the way it had before the accident. I've had friends and family who have had nightmares with collision repairs after an accident and I've always heard that the car is never the same again. My car sustained almost $9,000 in damage with some pretty major repairs so I feared the worst but was overwhelmingly filled with joy when I realized this place knows what they're doing and fixed it correctly. First,, Norm is an absolutely fantastic guy. When I drove up with my 5-year old, he invited us into the shop, showed my son all around, and invited us back any time. Second, this is a 100% family owned business, which Norm has taken over from his father (and it's on the most beautiful 25 acre plot you could imagine--a sight to behold in itself!). Third, Norm is exceptionally fair and reasonable in his pricing--he did it for a fraction of what another mechanic estimated. Fourth, he did the work in record time--ordered the part the day I came in and did the work the day the part arrived.
