They talked us through the insurance process, and told us their professional opinion about the status of the car before the insurance gave us an official assessment. But it was very obvious that it was in the middle of nowhere with no workers. It was just a mom and pop shop, although in this case, father and son. So there was no one to fix cars. I would not trust them to fix my car but I would definitely call them for a tow. I had…read moreit towed to Audi in Sewickley and they, after two weeks, diagnosed it as a misfire on cylinder 1. Further evaluation and cost revealed it to be a broken valve spring. They replaced the valve spring and the misfire disappeared. After about 25 miles, the check engine light is on again. Rather than trusting Audi to make it right, I took it to Felouzi's Auto repair. I had seen some good reviews about this place and it was super convenient for me. He took it in and analyzed the issue and found it to be an air in-leakage issue. He thoroughly explained the issue and it turned out to be a hole that looked to be melted into the air intake manifold. Something that was not there before I took it to Audi. Rather than mess around with Audi again, I just had him replace the manifold and now the car runs fine with no lights of any kind. Mike Felouzi is a great guy and charges reasonable rates for his great service. I highly recommend him for all you auto needs. He is great with foreign cars.

Upon arriving, I found that they had only one of these cars on the lot (they had just come out). The salesman told me that they had two more on the way, a white one, and a black one. I give a $500 deposit on the black one, and a week later my car arrived. As someone who used to sell cars, let me tell you that #1 Cochran is an honest dealership. Everything is 100% above board, no surprises, no tricks. In my case. I was purchasing a brand new model, one of the first ones made. In fact, the salesman later confirmed that I owned just the 2nd car of this type in Pittsburgh. Due to the demand, I was told that they could offer me a $500 "courtesy discount" but that was it. However, they offered me a $2,000 trade in allowance on a car that, in all honesty, was worth just $1,000. I am very pleased with the pricing and customer service offered by this dealership, and would be happy to recommend them to friends.

Pricing was clear cut as he listed the sticker, MSRP, and what my final price would be. I made two visits, one to test drive, and a second to inevitably purchase my new car. Jon assisted with my purchase too. Jay and Jon were very attentive and thorough both during the test drive and addressing any questions I had. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and professional. They even provide free oil changes during the lifetime you own the vehicle. I own three Mazdas. If I can even get an appointment, they are always saying they can't do my inspection for another 4-5 months (I'm not planning that far ahead for an annual inspection appointment). I have been refused an appointment because they didn't want to do a 60,000 mile service that included a timing belt. Multiple calls and leaving messages and voicemails never get returned. When I did have my last service they signed me up for some CarFax thing that I didn't ask for, and then didn't report the work that they did so I just get notices from CarFax that my car is overdue for an oil change that I had them do. Mazdas are great cars, this area sucks for service on them though and other areas of the country I have had way better experiences. It's a shame.
