First thing is first...I've been fortunate enough over my almost 15 years of driving to have never experienced a car accident. Unfortunately, the time usually comes for everyone and mine was about 2 months ago. I was T-boned in the rear quarter panel by a hit and run, was frustrated/scared/confused on what to do. Greater Pittsburgh Collision Works made the process SO easy and simple, I couldn't be happier. I was recommended by a friend who had work done here previously. Although they specialize on imports (BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc), I figured my little Chevy Cruze would be in good hands with a shop that specializes in such high end vehicle repair. I dropped the car off for an estimate, they contacted my insurance company and repairs were started right away. They kept me informed, as well as my insurance adjuster, through the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was so happy and excited...it looked exactly the way it had before the accident. I've had friends and family who have had nightmares with collision repairs after an accident and I've always heard that the car is never the same again. My car sustained almost $9,000 in damage with some pretty major repairs so I feared the worst but was overwhelmingly filled with joy when I realized this place knows what they're doing and fixed it correctly. Their motto of restoring your car to the manufacturer's specifications couldn't be truer. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any type of collision/repair work. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They took what was a terrible experience and flipped it back around into me having my car back in perfect condition. Have been to this place multiple times for repairs over the years. The painting and bodywork were always completed with spotless finishing and perfect color matching. The staffs are all great and very professional to work with. They will walk you through the process and keep you updated in a timely manner. The facilities are very clean and organized (no wonder they are certified by many high-end brands). Highly recommend! read more

This place is a hack job, they managed to take off my other review for whatever reason. I'll write another. I got my Audi repaired here a few years ago, when I had some driving problems (suspension related) they would not even take my car for a drive to see what I was talking about. At low speeds you couldn't tell, but at higher speeds (highway speeds) you could hear this winding up sound, and it never did that, until after they repaired my car. I sent them multiple emails complaining of the noise, multiple phone calls, took my car there and demanded that they drive it to hear the noise, but they refused any further involvement and said to show it to my insurance company if I was unhappy with my service. THE INSURANCE PAYS YOU TO FIX MY CAR CORRECTLY, THE FIRST TIME!!!! I took it to another shop a few months later and it turned out that it was the CV joint, and the boot for it that held all the grease inside had been pierced allowing it to slowly seep out. These guys are just out for money and it's obvious. just look at their mission statement " IT IS UNLAWFUL FOR AN INSURER TO STEER YOU AWAY FROM THE REPAIR FACILITY OF YOUR CHOICE.CALL US IMMEDIATELY IF YOU FEEL YOU ARE BEING PRESSURED TO CHOOSE ONE OF THEIR SHOPS . REMEMBER, WHEN USING THEIR SHOP YOU ARE ALLOWING THEM TO REPAIR YOUR CAR USING COST SAVINGS THAT BENEFIT THEM AND MAY NOT BENEFIT YOU OR YOUR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS REQUIREMENTS AND WARRANTY GUIDELINES" That is basically yelling if your insurance company says to go to another shop, tell us because we have a deal setup with them that gives us all your cars from the dealership. This place is using cost savings as well, by not fixing your car the right way!!!!!! Steer clear of this place. I'll rezoom my journey to a different body shop next time. read more

This company and their staff are great. The owner provides a level of personal service that would be hard to find anywhere else. After my car accident, I called and he anticipated all of my questions. Helped with arranging tow, insurance, transportation and even helping to make sure I got home safely. This company came highly recommended by professionals who know how to distinguish between repair shops. Their staff is knowledgable about answering questions regarding the repair and take the time to address any other related car questions. I strongly would not recommend taking you car here. I was recommended by the Sewickley Audi dealership so figured i would follow the recommendation. I received the car back within a week. They left the keys in the car and I picked it up after work. After inspection the replaced door was not painted on the inside (the was tape and grease pen from the yard still on it). There was over spray on the other panels, the door leaked water, the door handle was crooked, and the door molding had broken clips and would pull away. To top it off the interior was scratched and marred. I called the owner, Mark Sr. and he said he was the one who over saw the job on my car. He said he would make it right so i returned with the car, but told me that he was not responsible for the interior damage. i receive a call 4 days later telling me the car is done but they could not fix the door handle issue. He blamed the insurance company for having him use a used door. He said he had done everything he was willing to do on the car and told me to come and pick it up with payment or have the insurance company pay for a new door and start the job over from scratch. I offered to pay for a new door, insurance offered to pay for paint, and he still refused to work on the car. It is now been 5 weeks since he has had the car and he is still holding it. I now need to go to small claims court because he was not and will not perform a repair he was paid for and also would not own up to damaging my interior. read more

Most incompetent shop around. My Mitsubishi evolution x sat here for 60 days. Granted I needed aftermarket parts which took roughly 2 weeks to ship, but the parts were ordered a week later than they should of been by shop. They broke a tpms censor in one of my tires. MOUNTED A BENT WHEEL ON MY CAR. A wheel that came in as a fix for a wheel I damaged has a visible flat spot on inside of wheel that causes it to go crazy on any tire machine. It's insurances fault for sending the wheel but shop needed to catch that issue and they did not so ultimately it's on me to pay for. My silver paint hardly matches, cannot take pictures of my car at all anymore because the contrast between hood, fenders, and bumper just sucks. People that talk to u at front desk are nice as pie but also about worthless. My brother was given the run around by them also just months before with his Subaru sti. In general there are plenty of alternatives and I deeply regret my decision to use this shop, and anyone else I know having had an incident I make sure to let them know also to not go there. read more
