Thanks Mike and Bob, I am in the midst of a move across country had a wheel bearing going out plus some other items (155,000 miles) it is time for a little maintenance. I dropped off after hours they did some leg work and got me warranty on a previous repair and did all I needed and checked out the rest of the truck. NEW My son's BMW was showing a bunch of error messages after having had his car inspected. The inspection facility told us to contact the dealer but no one answered at the service department when we called. We then called Mike, which we should have done in the first place. We left a message and he called us back right away. Despite being super busy with car inspections, Mike fit us in and got my son's car up and running within a few days. We were so appreciative that Mike was able to squeeze us in. Both Mike and Bob know their cars and we trust them to be honest with whatever needs to be done. Going to Mike and Bob is like having a friendly neighborhood mechanic. They are so much better than the "bigger" repair shops. I recently retired and was looking for someone to service my vehicles just like the guy I had next to my office. I found one at MSK. they know their stuff, give me an estimate of the cost, and provide a loaner if i need one. I really feel comfortable with them and their explanation of what needs to be done and any upcoming service that i need to plan for. So far it has just been inspections, brakes, rotating tires and oil changes. they have also recommended specific brands that they have been happy with and i appreciated the input. read more

So I was looking for a local place to check out my tires after a scary incident on my way home a few days prior in the snow. I called Mike at MSK Automotive, as well as probably 13 other service stations. All day he was very prompt with returning my phone calls and checking inventory on snow tires and all season tires. After feeling as though I was a hassle to him all day, I chose them due to very competitive pricing but also from the amazing customer service I received even before going to his place of business, never did he make me feel as though I was interrupting his day, as other service stations did. So all in one day, I got new snow tires put on, ordered all season tires that they will store for me, and was able to use a loaner vehilce to get things done while my vehicle was being worked on. He and another gentleman even went above and beyond to replace a light that burned out on my way to his business; as well as I told him on the phone that I needed another light fixed and he ordered the part from my dealership and is installing for me at a reasonable price. MSK won my business due to the oustanding customer service they offered; their competitive pricing was just a bonus on top.
