Moving is not fun. Everyone can agree. I heard something that said that moving is the #2 most stressful event in life. I've experienced #1 and this, and agree. So. That said, after almost losing my mind (hadn't moved in 16 years), these wonderful people made my move: 1. Absolutely stress free. 2. Seamless and pleasant. 3. Extremely efficient. 4. Preserved my things beautifully AND, most importantly, secured my sanity... I wasn't even finished packing, and they helped me pack/secure/wrap my remaining stuff without a single problem. They were also extraordinarily personable and made me laugh. They made a not so fun thing more fun. Should you hire them? YES! Ps My daughter hired, loved and recommended them. Amazing experience!! It was our first time hiring a moving company so we were nervous but it ended up being the best experience ever. They were so thorough, experienced, and knowledgable about how to move all our belongings safely and efficiently. They were really nice people as well. The quote was very accurate down to the minute! They offered us a quote that was $700 cheaper than other companies (Otter, Piece of Cake) while making sure their workers are compensated with living wages and the resources they need are provided. I would definitely use TDM again and recommend it to all our friends. From the very beginning, I was able to get a quote super fast, and it was really reasonably priced compared to some of the other quotes I was looking at. Super friendly and responsive! Moved in our heavy furniture from a 4 story walk up to our new place, and they were so efficient they offered to take over more than the original 12 items we had listed and made the rest of our move super smooth. I'm usually a very DIY person and normally handled moves with a parent's pick up truck and but this kind of fast, easy move has changed my mind; worth it! Amazing super last min turnaround as I was scrambling to get out of a place, everyone was so kind and worked swiftly and professionally, they helped me out with some of the packing stuff I couldn't do like wrapping furniture and where super patient with me. This is the second time I used this moving company and I'll call them again when I have another move. The team was on time, friendly, neat, and placed my equipment exactly where I asked them to. This company takes away a lot of the stress that goes along with moving. My first move was to an apartment, this second one was moving woodworking equipment from a shop to my home. I had covered my furniture before they came, and it was unnecessary; they were so careful, they didn't even bump into anything. Moving can be stressful and I had to move my sister from her apartment due to illness. Transdimensional was fantastic. They were kind and very helpful. I was moving out of a big room on the third floor, where I had accumulated a lot of heavy wooden furniture over the years- I was so worried about getting it all back down the tight corners and narrow halls of the stairwell, but the crew was so efficient with their handoff factory line method and protective blanket wrapping that it felt like my stuff was disappearing downstairs by magic! This was our first time getting movers and it was so worth it ! I was shocked by how smoothly it all went. Transdimensional movers were super communicative and efficient. We had some odd requirements that involved protecting the walls of our new apartment and they had no issue doing that as well.
