If visiting the Apple Hill area this is a great stop. There are two options for parking. One small…read morelot directly in front of the business and the other right across the street (big lot). This stop has a little bit of it all. When you enter the main entrance, to the right is an area you can order fresh donuts and goodies. To the left a counter and area you can purchase more (fudge, caramel sauce, apples, candied apples, frozen pies, toys, products, etc). Outside, there is a bbq food counter you can order several different meal or side options. They offer fountain drinks as well. There are many places to sit and eat with a beautiful view. Along the side of the building entrance there are booths with vendors. There are activities for kids. There is a maze that you buy an all day access band for ($5) and gold mining (purchase a bag of choice , different sizes & items included, around $9). In the middle is a large grassy area kids can run around and a few trees that are nice for shade. All the employees that assisted me during my visit were very friendly and helpful. Even with a long line on the inside for goods, the line moved quickly. We ordered a few food items from the BBQ Stand. The brisket plate, side of fries, and carnitas tacos with a side of potato salad. The food was good. I enjoyed the brisket and fries. The potato salad was okay. The rest of my group enjoyed the other items. We tried plain chocolate fudge and it was delicious. Super cute fun stop! Family friendly.

This spot was a little empty, but had several items available. I wanted to grab a caramel apple and…read moreI took it home to go. Note. They do not slice the apples! I ended up grabbing a basic caramel apple which I enjoyed to take home. The space was full with decor, items and food and candy as well. The worker who helped me was friendly, but the one in the donut shop didn't look like they wanted to be there.

A great place to visit for the kids and 'big kids' for great eats and lots of kiddie fun. Family…read morefun for ALL Lots of workers to assist with great purchases (NOTE: workers could be more friendly and more welcoming, the service felt transactional rather than engaging and/or enthusiastic) The farm and market is well organized with lots to choose from year round. The place is always 'buzzing' with a great atmosphere. P.s. Best prices for pies ($19.99 or less)

On labor day weekend, I was so excited to view all the apple orchards in the area. But mostly…read moreexcited to see Boa Vista. Sadly, I was disappointed from my expectations. Beautiful views that trail wrap around vineyards- the entrance is breathtaking! Small pop up booths of local vendors surround the orchard with cute gifts and souvenirs for the harvest season. They also have a fruit stand- & i love fresh fruit but the majority of the fruit here was split open and looking dull or brown in appearance like it was close to expiring. The lines were long for the cider donuts & sadly it didn't move fast. So I never got to try to cider donuts bc when I went it was almost one hr from closing. A lot of the pies were sorted through and the ones left were scattered in type and limited so decided not to take one home. And it was overall a smaller, more crowded stand then I expected with limited variety. Im sure they have great cider donuts- but I would recommend getting here first thing in the morning. This seems to be one of the more popular stands and parking can become complicated. I will have to give it another try to see a true experience because I feel like I didn't get to gather the true festive experience here.
