So delicious! They have a whole variety of different flavors of fudge and drinks to choose from. I got the caramel apple and pumpkin pie fudge and wow! They were so flavorful, soft, and creamy. Their worker let us sample an orange sherbet fudge and it was also so delicious. I had a hard time choosing which flavor to get, I wanted to buy them all. The apple cider float is just as tasty too! It was sour and sweet and just perfect for this season. Service was excellent, they get big lines down fast and they were all smiling and being very friendly :) read more

The fudge here is really the best. Melts in your mouth and is so rich and decadent. Love that there is so many fun flavors to choose from too. My go to here is usually a pack of the mixed 4 pack of fudge, honey sticks (cinnamon is the best), and a couple fun items! There Carmel apples are cute but not my favorite in comparison to other farms, but maybe I just haven't had the right one. Every-time we go (especially with a new person) we have to point out the signed twilight poster. So cool! The gem/rock stand outside is super neat! Apparently they have been at Apple hill for over 50 years and are the oldest stand. Guess you could say they rock read more

I am updating my review to RAVE about the Christmas tree farm! I was looking for a Christmas tree farm that was open on the Monday before Thanksgiving so we could get our tree a little earlier. Most farms open the day after Thanksgiving but Fudge Factory's Christmas trees are available, by appointment, starting mid-November. I was able to book a same day appointment and my family headed up. We were greeted by the super friendly staff and led to the back of the shop to a small hillside with plenty of trees in all different sizes and species. My kids are still pretty little so the smaller farm was ideal for us because they didn't get tired walking around looking for trees. Once we chose our tree, at 15 foot beauty, we called the shop and they sent a staff person to chop down the tree, wrap and load it onto our car. It was like a boutique Christmas tree farm experience! All trees were $100 and also came with 4 pieces of complimentary fudge, any flavor of your choice. Such a great deal! Because we got the tree, we also got to park in the VIP parking close to the farm so we took advantage and hung out at High Hill for a bit and got our Apple Hill goodies. Such a great experience and I highly recommend this tree farm for families with young kids. read more

This place is not too big inside,  I feel like it's literally a line to go in, look at what you want, and tell them what you like.   Either that or it was just super crowded. It felt that way.       The staff was super nice, and a lot of the chocolates sell out fast.  I got one of each of the limited edition peanut butter cups.  One was apple pie, and the other one was pumpkin pie.  I literally cut it in half to share.  It was sweet but you can tell which was which.  My family loved the peanut brittle.   The fudge sampler was perfect.  You can share or eat all to yourself. read more

When visiting High Hill don't forget to stop at the Fudge Factory. Always a family favorite stop during the holidays. Staff is always friendly and helpful if you have any questions and if you ask nicely they will even give you a sample. We love the fudge and other candies they offer. This store is alittle small but don't let that stop you as great things come in little packages. We went the 2nd weekend in Dec and they only offered two types of fudge- Pumpkin and Peanut Butter, they were delicious as always. They had a alot of other chocolates, candies, homemade caramel and chocolate available. The Fudge Factory is only open until the 3rd week in December. See you again in September. read more

Came to the area after wine tasting at Miraflores to find some local goods - in the hunt for a local ornament on the 3rd weekend of December. There's not a lot of vendors unfortunately but the Fudge Factory farm is open. There were a lot of people inside shopping and looking through stuff. They have 25% sale off candies etc My best friend got a bunch of candies - lemon wedges w gelo and dipped in chocolate. They were sampling orange creamsicle fudge and it was BOMB (if you like orange flavor candy). But my eyes were set on caramel apple. I didn't want to eat an uncut apple and to my surprise they have apple wedges drenched in caramel!!!!! I ordered one and added sea salt on it. The entire thing was only $3.50 (bec of the sale maybe?) but let me tell ya.... That sea salt caramel apple wedges was sooooooo good!! The green apple was crunchy, the caramel was perfect and that sea salt was the icing on top. I def recommend it! It's the perfect way to enjoy caramel apple without the mess! read more

French Dark Chocolate Truffle~ My favorite of all the truffles, so rich and chocolatey!! Seriously, you need this truffle in your life! Midnight Truffle~ I loved the outer chocolate, but didn't personally care for the filling. Chocolate Moose Truffle~ Creamy and sweet, but I preferred the dark chocolates. We went to Fudge Factory Farm specifically for the Frozen Blackberry Sour Cream Pie. It was highly recommended by a friend. We waited in line for 45 minutes just to get in to purchase what we wanted. Everyone in line were cordial. Each register line could get us whatever we needed. We bought two mini frozen Blackberry Sour Cream pies to share. Two whole caramel apples and a box of Mint Chocolate Fudge. The place was clean and well stocked for being so busy! I want to compliment BROOKLYN for her patience and good attitude as busy as they were. She wasn't frazzled or short with us as I'm sure they were busy all day long and we arrived at 3:30pm and was helped by Brooklyn at 4:15pm. Please please Kudos to BROOKLYN for a job well done. Your parking was well staffed and appreciated. We parked in back which worked out fine since the Fudge Factory Farm was located in back. Thankfully a short walk for a Senior Citizen. Thanks again Brooklyn! read more

Best candied apples on apple hill. I love getting multiple flavors. They are not always open, so check their hours.

I came back to purchase my frozen pies here and was craving apple cider. They didn't have cider but has an apple cider slushy. Omg. The best ever!!!!!! I bought a jug of cider from another farm so I could make my slushy at home! Of course lots of fudge here but I'm not a fudge person. Bought the rocky road for the husband but he didn't like the peanuts in it. It's a small location but there is no limit to the amount of people they let inside during this pandemic. read more

Give me fudge or give me nothing at all! Because this fudge is so fudgin' GOOD! Haha... ya see what I did there?! LOVE me some chocolate anything really. While on Apple Hill, I knew that I would have to make a pit stop here to satisfy all of my fudgin' cravings! Okay, okay... I'll stop. I just... I just had to say it one more time! So fudgin' funny! But anyways... don't let the small size of their farm fool you. They got that good good. Oooh yeah, they do! Fudge... in all different colors, shapes, sizes, flavors, forms, concoctions. Everything. And the best part? You can SAMPLE! Mmmm! Although you may be too intimidated to when you see how long the lines are and when the employees are so quick that you won't even know what to do with yourself. But please DO take a moment to sample. You deserve it after waiting in line for it anyways. Aside from fudge, they also have caramel and chocolate dipped apples, chocolate turtles, truffles, bacon bars and caramels. peanut butter cups, ice cream, I could go on? But you must get some of their fudge when you stop by. They have a whole menu full of different flavors too and you can purchase it by the size. I got two pieces of English toffee, one pumpkin and one classic. Each one was super delicious, but my favorite was obviously the English toffee (hence why I got two pieces). The small pieces of fudge are quite tiny but then the size jumps up to a really large piece and it's much pricier. The good thing about buying the little pieces is that it allows you to have several different flavors. The line was pretty long but it moves fast. The staff members are so quick in preparing samples and getting your order together. You have to trek through High Hill Ranch to get here which can be a pain, but if you're already at High Hill you MUST stop here. It's one of my highlights of the ranch in my opinion and if you're a chocolate lover, you'll seriously appreciate this place. read more

these people need to take fudge making 101, fudge was grainy, liquidy, not cooked long enough and not up to the correct temperature. This place is definitely the highlight of our yearly trip to Apple Hill. Their caramel is by far our favorite and we always purchase 2 tubs of it and it never lasts as long as we were hoping. It's soooo good that I'll catch my husband eating straight from the tub with a spoon. Aside from their caramel, their fudge is equally as delicious and they have several flavors to choose from. Grand Marnier and Divinity are my go to picks each year. They also serve caramel apples, gummy rings, various other candies and pies! This place is always packed and almost always has a line out the door when we come, so just a heads up to be prepared for that. They are fairly good with having enough staff on hand and getting through line pretty quickly though. If you have a sweet tooth then this is the one place you do not want to pass up! The hills have fudge and more!! It's a stop we all enjoy every visit we make up to the hills. Parking is simple if you come during the right time. Employees have been helpful and patience. Having tried thier fudge a few times over the years it has been awesome everytime and they have a great selection available. Obviously my favorite is the mint. They have a great big variety of chocolate items from truffles, fudge, chocolate malt balls, white, milk and dark chocolate candies to more enticing stuff. This store has a lot of mint related items and for that alone i love this spot. Mint fudge, mint crunch malt balls, mint cups, mint and more mints. If your up this way and want more than apples, this is a great stop to shop! They do have have samples of the fudge out, so try some and see how good it is! They do sell it in a few ways, small bite size pieces to a 1/4 lb chunk and if you feel the fudge love by it buy the pound. read more

Since this place is usually packed every time I've passed by it, I've been hesitant to actually go inside. When I visited last week surprisingly it wasn't as busy as it usually is. I decided to go in to check it out. There's so much to choose from!!! If you don't have any dietary restrictions this is the place to explore for some treats. There's some flavors of chocolates, caramel apples, and candies. I'm vegan and to my surprise they had a section for vegan chocolates. These treats were a 10/10! I got both the French dark almond cluster and the French dark peanut cluster. Although it can get packed here the workers are great and work quickly. Delicious treats are the great takeaway item from this stop on the Apple Hill Tour. Every year we stop by Fudge Factory to grab jam. I love their Raspberry Lemonade Jam! This time we picked up some Apple Pie fudge to take back to my coworkers. A large portion that could be additional portioned out was well priced. It traveled home easily as it was packaged in a hard plastic shell. The jams are in glass jars so those travel easily as well. I love this place so much, I love their sundaes and chocolate and the people who work here are so friendly. Unfortunately, this is such a tiny building and even before covid, they don't regulate the number of people inside. It's not possible to maintain 6 feet of social distancing when you let 30 people inside. Thanks for requiring people to wear masks, but you let strangers crowd each other instead of asking people to wait outside. Really unfortunate during a global pandemic. I have been coming to this farm/shop for years. They make amazing English toffee. I love candy stores where you see workers in the back hard at work making candy. There is dark chocolate items, toffee, candied fruit, sugar stix, etc. Prices are a bit higher than other places but I haven't bought a piece of candy there that wasn't good or didn't taste fresh. Who doesn't love going to a place called The Fudge Factory?! We love coming to this location whenever we make a trip up to Apple Hill. It's fairly easy to get to and there is a lot of parking under the trees (yup a bunch of dirt parking). If you get there early you can find parking closer to the vendors and if you come later, most times you'll have people directing you to park between/under the apple trees. The entrance can be a bit tricky for some because there are two pathways (one to enter and the other to exit, but I've seen many use the exit as an exit and entrance). You can find a bunch of different vendors here. There are different events for everyone, especially the kiddos. They have a little pond a little further in. You will also find the Fudge Factory at the back. It's a tiny store that offers fudge and various other sweets! I would highly recommend stopping by and enjoying the different things offered at this location. read more

I will never step foot in this establishment ever again. I walked up to cashier, & asked if I can pick out a couple loose chocolates & pay by weight like you do at sees candy the girl literally looked at me like I was crazy & she said I don't know what your talking about we don't do samples. I proceeded by saying I don't want samples I want a couple loose chocolates in a bag & pay by the weight. Clearly, she was a seasonal worker or something because even when I continued to ask okay these chocolates are display, how do I purchase some? She still couldn't tell me. I hope this was her first day or something. But if you guys are that busy please don't have her help customers, till she knows the protocols. For those who know me they know I have a big sweet tooth! We stopped here on our Apple Hill adventure to satisfy that craving, because yes despite the dozen donuts we picked up I still wanted some fudge! LOL! Walking in there is a counter where you can try samples of their offerings and look into a glass case of the goodies. I picked a couple of my favorites and tried a couple new ones from the kids working the counter. They have dozens of offerings and the people who work here could not have been friendlier. They had chocolates and other sweets for sale as well, like the chocolate egg and chili pepper. Unique and cool! Outside of the Fudge Factory there was an area for children to sit and hear stories. We sat near these miniature chairs to indulge in our treats. Fudge Factory offers maps of the area and is an easy stop for families to walk to. So many different flavors! After much thought, I went for the novelty items: apple pie, caramel apple, and chocolate amaretto. They sell half-pounders of fudge, select small samples and select large samples, which proved to be quite the predicament. I didn't want to get the 1/2 pound since it would be too much, the flavors I wanted didn't come in the large size, and the small size would not have been enough. For some reason, they couldn't just cut me a large sample size of the flavors I wanted, so I ordered a couple of each of the small samples to compensate. If I recall correctly, the large sample was $3.50 each and the small sample was $1.50 each. Aside from figuring out the amounts, the fudge was delicious. The apple pie was spot-on, the caramel apple had actual apple peel in it, and the the chocolate and amaretto were like a match made in heaven. read more

This is a staple stop in our annual trip to Apple hill. We come atleast once a year! Over all we have had wonderful experiences here. The last time we went we were a bit disappointed in the Caramel that was on our wedged apple, it was very grainy and not very warm. I think they hadn't let that batch warm long enough to melt good enough to be the way it normally is. But since that was our first and only hiccup we have had there since I was a kid I can't imagine lowering their star rating. We always get apple slices with melted caramel and chopped nuts. This year we ordered a cherry lemonade and a raspberry lemonade. We loved them! They were very refreshing and delicious and left me wanting another glass! read more
