Staff are continuously stocking up the shelves & inventory all the while providing excellent customer service. The prices are fair. I'd say better than most grocer stores compared to Wholefoods or Sprouts. Got sourdough bread, spreadable butter, spices like cinnamon & mushroom, Everything but the Bagel & vanilla spice for the toast. Parking is plentiful. Overall a good shopping experience. read more

Parking is horrid!!! There are parking spaces available, but the poor design of the parking lot can make it a disaster coming here. Once you have found a spot the store inside is pretty pleasant. The gentleman at the customer service desk took this as his personal mission and called half a dozen Tj's and tracked one down (ironically on Mission) and had it set aside. He saved the day, and my embarrassment. Thank you! So we made a quick stop to pick up strawberries and was looking for their fall canvas bag. There were none out but that didn't stop my mom from asking one of the associates. It was Tracy that offered to ask when the next shipment was to arrive. To our surprise she came back asking what colors she wanted. She escorted us to a different part of the store and brought out all the color options. She went in for one and left with three. This Trader Joe's location has large spacious aisles and great selection. It also had more options on the shelves than other locations. I had questions about some of the products and was able to find assistance quickly. Staff not only answered my questions but gave me information about other products I might like to try. They had a large selection of prepared soups and salads, as well as some complete dinners on display. Garden fresh produce was available. Their beer and wine section was fully stocked as always. The frozen section was complete and I was able to find items missing from other Trader Joe's. Very helpful staff located throughout the store. Plenty of parking in a large lot with an entry on Huntington drive as well as San Gabriel Boulevard. read more

My shopping experience inside the store was pleasant and without any problems. Everything went smoothly while I was shopping. The issue happened only after I finished shopping and returned to my car. I was shopping with my child. After returning to my car, my first priority was to get my child safely into the vehicle and take care of my child. Because I was alone with my child, I temporarily left the shopping cart beside my car instead of immediately returning it to the designated cart area. At that point, I noticed one of your employees, a staff member with a long beard, walking toward me. Naturally, I thought he might be coming over to help, or at least to assist in some way with the cart. Because of that, I politely said, "Thank you" when he approached. To my surprise, he was not coming over to help. Instead, he came over to tell me that I needed to return the cart to where it belonged. Rather than offering assistance or showing understanding, he approached me in a way that felt like he was trying to lecture or educate me. What made this even more upsetting was that he clearly could see that I was with my child and that I needed time to settle my child safely into the car. It took time for me to put my belongings away, get my child into the car, and make sure everything was settled. Since he was already walking in my direction, I believe he had ample opportunity to observe the situation. As a customer, I found this very surprising and disappointing. I had just finished shopping at your store, I was taking care of my child, and instead of being treated with courtesy or support, I was approached in a critical and unfriendly way. In other supermarkets, staff often ask whether help is needed in situations like this, especially when they see a parent managing a child alone. That is why I was especially surprised by this experience at Trader Joe's. What made me even more uncomfortable was that there were other customers and other carts in the parking lot, yet I was the one who was singled out and spoken to. That made the interaction feel targeted and unfair. I was left wondering whether I was treated differently because I am an Asian woman with a child. I cannot say for certain what motivated this employee's behavior, but I can say that the experience left me feeling uncomfortable, humiliated, and unwelcome. I also want to point out that I have shopped at several different Trader Joe's locations around where I live, and I have never had this kind of problem before. I am familiar with Trader Joe's stores and have visited many locations, but this was the only store where I experienced something like this. That is why this particular location felt especially strange and concerning to me. I have never experienced this kind of treatment at any other supermarket. I was genuinely surprised to find that this was the kind of customer service I received at this Trader Joe's location. Trader Joe's is not the only grocery store that offers organic products, and customers do have other choices. That is exactly why customer service and the way people are treated matter so much. If your company believes that this employee handled the situation appropriately, then I will have no choice but to let my family and friends know about this experience so they can make informed decisions about where they shop. No customer should feel that shopping at your store means accepting this kind of treatment. read more

Since relocating, this location has been my new spot. Love the folks that work there, they've been helpful whenever I have questions. The only downside is the parking, which cannot be helped by the company. Location is great because it's in the middle of all the places I need to go to. Recently, they've got a lot of new lemon products, I know it's seasonal, but I love their food and snacks. It's always fun to see everyone working there smiling, especially their fun music playlist. Not always a fan of the older stuff but, everyone seems to be happy when they're working and it's great to go to this location. Go early, less issues with parking. read more

Came in today (April 6th) around 8:30pm to return a product that had already gone bad--before the sell-by date. Not even a best-by, but sell-by. I expected at least a smooth return process, but the woman with red hair in the Hawaiian shirt working tonight had a disgusting attitude about it. Super dismissive and clearly annoyed, like I was inconveniencing her for returning something Trader Joe's shouldn't have sold in the first place. Been going to this location since it first opened. It is conveniently located in the same plaza as CVS and klatch and half and half. Your typical happy Trader Joe's! The workers are as friendly as those at any of the other locations. Sharing the same small parking plaza as other shops, making it quickly crowded. I was in Pasadena, so I went to the nearest Trader Joe's to do some shopping for Thanksgiving dinner. I am a regular customer at trader Joe's but it was my first time to go to this branch. The lay out looked nice and almost standardized in some aisles same as other branches. If you wanted to shop at the last moment like I did, you would find wide selection of pies. The natural young Turkey is for 1.99 /lb They have also Turkey breast tenderloin. I also bought cranberry sauce, potatoes and green beans. I love trader Joe's apple cider, and I bought also spiced chai. There are wide variety of wine to choose from. In addition to some vegan collection. Don't forget to buy some flowers or poinsettia. Best TJ although parking can get crowded and be a pain. Tall ceilings and clean. Look for the stuffed animal peacock. Well stocked with all food and Bread Farm. Good cashier service and can ask workers if they are stocked in something easily. My go to TJ. read more

Love this location! It's a smaller TJs but compared to the other ones in pasadena, the parking is generous. Like all TJs, this location is busy. I usually come earlier in the day and I would suggest the same if you want to get anything popular. I have to take a star off because of how difficult it is to get certain items. I know they get a set amount of shipments but I do think it sucks that certain items go out of stock so fast, especially because some of those items are key ingredients for a recipe. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've been coming here weekly for months and it's a very pleasant experience. They keep it clean and organized. read more

Very impressed and happy with this place, I came here for their tote release after lucking out at another location. This location did their releases at 8am and 3pm, they were spot on attentive and informative. While we waited in line multiple staff came out doing counts before they passed out their tickets. They explained how the process would go and started passing out their tickets. I believe they passed out around 150 tickets, and with those that did not get one they informed some of them that were are in the "danger zone" of not getting a full set or running out. People understood and continued to stay. 30 minutes before release they assigned a staff member to stand outside with the last person who had the ticket so they would know how many they had to accommodate for. After everyone got their bags, they kept the line going passing out the ones they still had left over. Their communication made everyone have a great experience and luck out on some bags. Shout out to Jabari at this Trader Joe's for his kindness yesterday. He asked me how my morning was and I told him it was a bit hectic as my 94 yo mom fell and broke her hip, and I was trying to pick up some equipment for her and failed due to red tape. He showed great empathy and asked if she liked flowers, which she does, and he told me to pick out any floral for her. He then gifted them to her. It made her day. Such an act of kindness during this difficult time (especially after the rudeness I had experienced when trying to pick up the equipment)...I truly appreciated Jabari's humanity. Shout out to the other gentleman who helped bag my groceries (apologies I did not get his name). He also was very kind and empathetic. I left there feeling uplifted and in a better mood than when I had arrived. :) read more

My daughters and I happened to be in the Arcadia area for the 626 Night Market event last weekend. We needed to pick up some Trader Joe's (TJ) sparkling water. This was the closest TJ near us at the time. We got 12 bottles @ $0.99 each. That was it for our shopping. Store was very bright and clean. Merchandise was neatly stocked on the shelves. Staff was pleasant. Prices are very reasonable. A while back, I found out that TJ have their locations primarily near colleges. They target students more so than any other customers. Well, any customer is a good customer... student or not. I wish TJ would build at least one location in the high desert. The closest TJ from my house is the TJ in Rancho Cucamonga which isn't too bad since I'm usually down the hill on the weekends anyway. So I do swing on by that TJ on my way home. I'll probably be back to this TJ the next time I'm in Arcadia and need some TJ sparkling water or anything else. I just love TJ products! Happy TJ'ing! read more

When in the area this is a convenient TJ. It tends to be very busy on the weekends. This location doesn't feel as cramped as other TJ locations which is why I like coming here. The shelves ore well stocked and I usually find everything that I'm looking for. That crew at this location are friendly and helpful. Trader Joe's is known to have the the tiniest parking lots, but this location does not have that issue: it shares a pretty sizeable lot with CVS and some small restaurants/coffee shop/businesses. You are always warmly greeted by the staff, who are always knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about their own products. The flow of their store is familiar and similar to their other locations, and there is plenty of room here for circulation and the exposed ceiling design provides for an open and not-so-crowded experience. read more

I'm begin to shop at Trade Joe's more often because of the great quality of teir products. This location is my go to, it's on the way to work/gym. You can pretty much find mostly everything even the seasonal products. Alway in stock! very organized and clean. I love how the poultry are well packaged and sealed nicely. produce are alwys fresh and well packaged prices are very reasonable. Frozen and snack aisle are hard to avoid, filled with lots of goodies, love their orange chicken, taquitos, curry, and different flavors of ice cream. espeically the mini cones. SO GOOD! Employess are very professional and always happy to help! Plenty of parking spaced but they do share with other businesses. It can be tight when it's a busy time. Trader Joe's employees are elite in general, but this location is always too notch. I came in here in a busy Friday afternoon and was in and out in maybe 20 minutes? I had bought a few cases of water and had my son with my so it was going to be a mission to get my groceries to the car. Without hesitation the friendly cashier pulls aside a coworker and tells him to help me to my car I thought that was the sweetest thing ever! I told her I was ok I puke figure it out and she insisted. My day was made. I can always rely on Trader Joe's for some eccentrically yummy snacks, affordable body care and outstanding service.
