I usually don't leave reviews as much as I should, but my recent experience with Tracy Collision needs to be spotlighted. I recently had my BMW M3 serviced here to fix a dent from tire debris off the 580. I was expecting to have to get the hood replaced but after taking a look at it, the guys at Tracy Collision said that they were confident that they could handle it without having to replace the hood. After visiting the office, it doesn't surprise me. They are certified by Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche. Due to my work schedule and commute time, I had to drop off my car at Tracy Collision over the weekend which is outside it their normal working hours. Sent an email on Sunday, got a reply 5 minutes later saying that they could come in so I could drop off my car. Issue adverted. There wasn't a time where I had to wait more than an hour before a reply. That holds for both working hours and non-working hours. In regards to the quality of the work, 10 out of 10. You cannot tell at all that there was ever a dent in the hood. Looks like it's right out of the factory. To top it off, they washed my car and had the car waiting for me when I arrived. White glove service. I could go on and on about how satisfied I was with their service but in terms of responsiveness, service, and quality of work, I don't think they can be beat and easily the most stress and worry free process I've been through. Initially I took my BMW to Cook's Collision. They looked over the damage and wanted to repair with body filler. I said not a chance....it's a BMW not a Kia! I called Tracy Collision and they immediately said your repair sounds like a replacement of the bumper and not a body filler fix and said bring it in. They treated my BMW like it should be with respect of the ultimate driving machine. They repaired my BMW back to factory spec and not with body filler. read more

I took my car to Tracy collision in December. I got my car back in late January and was astonished at the work they did. I was involved in a hit in run so the guy left my car in bad condition. After Armin and his team refinished several panels on my sons 1995 GMC 4X4 Pickup almost a year ago, the unthinkable happened ! In and out all fixed in less than 5 minutes! My wife's car was apparently backed into while she was shopping somewhere. Basically the bumper and lower driver's side rear fender became "unhooked". I could see the plastic tabs but didn't wan to try and force the back together for fear of breaking a tab and creating a bigger problem. Walked in, filled out the form, Ralph came out took a look and had it fixed before my wife could even make her cup of coffee. Great job Ralph! I recently got into an accident in my brand new Mini Cooper :( My insurance recommended Tracy collision and I was directed to Cheryl the State Farm rep. I didn't want to risk driving the car across town so she set up a tow for me that day even tho it was getting pretty late. She was super helpful through the whole process and checked in with me as she updated me about what was going on with the repairs. BMW/Mini were slacking with sending the parts because the car was so new it took a little longer than expected. But once the parts came in one of the techs came in over the weekend to get everything done and I had it by the end of the day that following Monday! When I got the car back it said my wiper fluid was low so I let them know and I can't remember the mans name that helped me but he pulled it around back and topped it off for me right away. My car looks great and has been running great ever since, so happy I chose to come here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I'm so happy to have my car back!
