I expected it to be more expensive than the big box pet stores in Concord. I was pleasantly surprised that he beat their price for an 18 pound bag by a couple of bucks. He explained that he tries his best to give customers a better price than most places charge, so he cuts into his profit a bit too do it! You don't find many business owners doing that these days!
