Amazing staff and welcoming environment!! Stopped in out of the blue during my weekend stay in NH to get some treats for my fur baby AND received a $10 credit for eating a homemade dog biscuit for the National dog biscuit day! This store is a very pet friendly and you can walk around with your dog (on a leash) as you shop, follow the black paw prints on the white floor. The folks at Four Your Paws Only are great! We shop their as regularly as possible. With the covid-19 pandemic they are doing curbside pickup and will ship. I had them ship cookies for Miss Daisy since we wouldn't be down for awhile. They called to make sure we got what Daisy wanted and shipped it quickly - two days later it was delivered and I had one very happy puppy (the cat usually gets all the deliveries with meds and Rx food). It's mandatory that we stop into a local independent pet supply store whenever we come across one and this one had some pretty good reviews. Though near to closing time on a Friday evening, it wasn't too busy but a steady stream of customers. Most had their dogs with them. They have a nice big gated space at one end for training classes and puppy play groups. Floor is not covered in the rubberized matting lot of other places use for such purposes, so could be a bit slippery for little paws. Nice assortment of pet-related home decor knick knacks, frames, decorative bowls, greeting cards, and stuffed animals for human cuddling. Then there are the cat and dog toys. And a whole wall of Lupine Pet collars, leashes and harnesses! Lupine is a local North Conway company (not open to the public unfortunately), so this store, being in the same backyard, carried the entire product line. Even some things I didn't see on the Lupine website for the online Easter sale. Had to buy yet another leash! Little more expensive at this store than even regular price on the Lupine site. Good selection of pet foods. I didn't look in depth at the kibble products or the pricing, but noted that they carried full selection of Stella & Chewy's and Nature's Variety frozen raw foods. They have their own pet bakery on site. It wasn't operating during our visit, but someone couldn't resist buying a bag of rather large biscuits dipped in icings of various colors. ;) read more

We go out of our way every time we're in North Conway to stop here! We first stopped in when the fall weather was chillier than we expected and our little pup needed a heavier sweater for the hike. The sales folks were so helpful in finding the right fit for our kind of oddly shaped rescue that would keep her warm. 2 years (and many hikes) later, that sweater is still in great shape. The treats are creative and the selection of dog accessories is comprehensive. Plus, it feels great to support small businesses and local producers. I'm a sucker for a pet store that specializes in treats. Did not disappoint! First thing I noticed even before walking in was the savory smell that greeted and stayed by my side once inside (that's a good thing). Excellent selection of the standard fare--leashes, collars, toys and the like. Well laid out with low shelves so it's easy to see across the store. Can I get something similar online and perhaps at a lower price? Probably. If you like to shop local and support small businesses, then do the local economy a favor and shop here for your pup. On an hour long drive from Maine to New Hampshire to get some beer. My wife and I noticed this shop and we decided to pull in and check it out. The inside of the store was very clean and well stocked. My dog very much enjoyed walking around and checking out all of the treats and dog toys available in the store. They have a bakery on-site where they make many of the dog biscuits and treats that are sold in their display case. In addition, they have a variety of other offerings. One of the girls that worked in the store came up to meet my wife, dog and I. She asked if she could pet our dog and wanted to know his name. She then asked us if she could give our dog a treat and asked us if he had any allergies. Our dog very much enjoyed his treat, which prompted us to make a few purchases. He is absolutely CRAZY about the freeze dried beef liver treats and he also really enjoyed the in-house baked biscuits. They store sells a variety of treats, toys, training devices, cages, etc... I was very, very satisfied with the customer service and the help and dedication from the staff. I is too bad that I live so far away. But I will do my part and send all of you there in my place!!!! I'm very happy to have this pet store as part of the town stroll, and i think my pup would say the same. This place was fun and cute. Nice selection, clean store. However I have some complaints. We brought our 6-year old rescued lab in. Typically in pet stores, employees ask if the dog can have a treat, which this store, they did (which was good). BUT. They would ask him (our dog) to shake paw, but he was being stubborn and wouldn't do it, but they would still just give him the treat! No! That is NOT ok. We pride ourselves in having very well trained dogs, and I know it is not ok to just give in to the dog when he doesn't feel like following commands. Worst part is, I KNOW they have training classes there because we were in there while one of those classes was taking place. This is NOT okay and it really irked me. A lot. Clearly. And then one employee was just literally throwing treats at my dog as she walked by. I don't know if she was high or something but not okay. Oh another thing, they kept saying "awww your dog looks so sad", wtf? The employee even kept talking about it to other customers, so of course the customers are looking at him and saying it too. He looks sad? Do you just go up to people and say "awww your child looks sad". Wtf? No, our dog is a black lab with a graying muzzle. He's old. All old dogs look sad. Amazing selection of unique and cute homemade treats! They all looked like human foods including ice cream sandwiches and pizza. The staff was super welcoming and greeted my wife and I immediately as we entered the store- despite them being busy. Another plus was the super friendly and well-mannered dog behind the counter. In addition to all the homemade treats; the store had a number of really unique pet momentos that were breed specific- which I really liked and have not seen in big box stores. The store was well kept and very clean. Overall it is definitely worth the time to stop if you have a canine companion. read more

This is such a nice pet store. I like to stop in while in NH because they have really good quality pet food that I've never seen before. I think the dog bakery is awesome because my Pom would never eat treats until I brought her home a surprise from 4 your paws. I live in North Conway and love to bring my dog to FYPO! The staff is so friendly and most of them remember his name which is really cute. My dog has a lot of food sensitivities and when we were looking at ingredients on different brands one of the staff (The tall girl named Sara I believe) came over and asked if she could help. When we explained our dogs situation she had a lot of great things to say about different brands and guide us through them all. As well as giving us some samples of food for our dog to try before committing to a bag. We decided to go with the RAWZ brand which is grain free and mostly dehydrated meats.
