As soon as we put it on, we knew something was wrong. Called you guys back and the excuse we got was the builder used 3 different types of grey to in the house. Ok, fine give us a gallon of the grey that's closest to the one we just bought. Got home, again not even close. Wife reminds me that the builder left us some kind of paint. Check it out, and it looks like it's the same color of our walls AND it came from the same store! We start painting and it worked perfectly. We take our two worthless gallons of paint back to you and you give us every excuse from temperature of the house to you just recalibrated you're tinting computers. Serious customer service failure. Will not come back, EVER! Home Depot FTW since they at least try to make it right.

At the end of the month, any points you have are immediately redeemed and if you don't use them by the 1st, they expire. This seems so greedy and I think this business should value repeat customers better. I've been going to this location for over 2 years and have only been consistently coming --even after moving further away--because of the welcoming, friendly environment the employees give. I don't think I'll be making the trip any longer considering all my points and money are going to waste. This business does do price matching, which is great, but after spending thousands of dollars here, I think I deserve to save $20 of points to be able to use it on my $100 bag of dog food.

Goooooodness! I had hoped this location would be different from the Franklin location, but…read moreunfortunately it's exactly the same. The employees watch for you to park and walk up and open both doors as you walk in. Immediately you are asked what you're looking for and when you say "just browsing" they proceed to ask three more times on the span of a minute. They follow you around the store which makes me feel rushed and like I can't have a second to just look at the products. Again, just like Franklin, I will not be back. I understand the business model is to be overly nice and 'helpful', but it just comes across as pushy, aggressive and very annoying.

I walked around the store for a bit. Every aisle had a sign on the top of where things could be located. It was kind of like walking in a grocery store. I really liked that because I felt it looked really organized. I went to stand in line at the front, and the man that worked there just approached me to ask if he could help. I asked for the product I needed, and he even walked me to the aisle it was in. It wasn't there in the aisle, so he told me he would go to the back and look for it. Sure enough, he brought out a big box of them, and handed me what I needed, and also took the rest to stock them up in the aisle. He was also the one that checked us out. The receipt stated his name was Larry so I just had to write this review because of the splendid customer service that he had provided us with that day! Thank you, Larry! We really appreciated you!
