At the end of the month, any points you have are immediately redeemed and if you don't use them by the 1st, they expire. This seems so greedy and I think this business should value repeat customers better. I've been going to this location for over 2 years and have only been consistently coming --even after moving further away--because of the welcoming, friendly environment the employees give. I don't think I'll be making the trip any longer considering all my points and money are going to waste. This business does do price matching, which is great, but after spending thousands of dollars here, I think I deserve to save $20 of points to be able to use it on my $100 bag of dog food.
