Instead they put one pup in a kennel or room by itself unattended all day because they don't want to deal with the issue. There is rust and sharp metal everywhere in and on the building, the fences and falling apart and low enough for dogs to jump over. None of the staff had any professional training whatsoever. While I was there I noticed the turf/grass the yards have are torn up and have huge holes where the dogs will eat gravel and no one does anything to fix the holes. The buildings are run down and leaking with holes in the walls and paint peeling enough that I've seen dogs eat the paint. I do not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the wellfare of their pets and doesn't want to pay a massive vet bill.

We booked our pup for an appointment. PPPS uses text to communicate with you and the communication is excellent. PPPS needed vaccine records and many additional details to make sure it was safe for all the other pups at their location. We dropped off Zoey and spoke with the groomer (Bree). Bree was very aware of how to properly groom an Aussie. We had a brief conversation about what we wanted and believed Zoey was in capable hands. When Zoey was done, we got a text to pick her up. I was greeted upon arrival and Zoey was led out to me right away. Zoey looked fantastic!!! Bree groomed her exactly the way we had discussed. Zoey looked even better than I had hoped. I gave Bree a $20.00 tip. When I brought Zoey home and my wife saw her, my wife loved the grooming. My wife's only complaint was that I should have given Bree a bigger tip. I will fix that the next time we bring Zoey in for a groom.

When he was diagnosed with a hereditary eye issue, I was worried about having to board him as he requires eye drops twice a day to keep the condition treated. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.
