This last go round, they left my house smelling like a litter box, even though they were to scoop poop twice a day for three cats. I did not think I had to tell them to take it out of the house after they scooped poop.They won't admit what they did, but I am assuming they left it in the trashcan in the kitchen all week. Their response was they followed my directions. I have requested a return my house key. To date, I do not have it. Hopefully the next time I hire someone I won't have to make the specific direction They need to take it out to the trashcan after they empty the litter box.

Alyssa is nothing short of amazing!! We have 2 extremely needy sphynx cats that are our literal…read morebabies. We both work from home so they're very used to having us around all day. We needed to leave town and of course leaving them was giving me major anxiety. I particularly was looking for a pet sitter that was available to do overnights and do their 3x/day feedings. I was impressed starting from the first meeting we had with Alyssa. She came prepared with a questionnaire and noted every little detail about each cat. Their likes, dislikes, feeding schedule, favorite toys, etc.... I really appreciated that as each of our cats are very different. And I also saw how well she interacted with them during that first meeting. Communication with her has been stellar. Alyssa takes the most amazing photos & sent lots of video updates too. Especially for someone like me who was a nervous wreck leaving them- getting constant updates from her really put my mind at ease. Any time I would check in- she would respond right away. One of our cats in particular is shy with strangers and I was worried that she wouldn't eat while we were gone. I gave Alyssa some recommendations as to how to coax her to eat and Alyssa was so patient with her and kept trying everything she can. And Alyssa was able to get her to eat every meal! I can tell that she was trying to do whatever she can so to make sure our cats were happy and comfortable (which they were!). Alyssa was also very respectful of our home. Even though she spent 3 days at our place- you wouldn't even know! She stripped the sheets, towels, & asked if there's anything else she can do so to make our arrival less stressful. Litter boxes/surrounding areas were spotless! She took amazing care of our home (and for people that are borderline ocd clean- that means a lot). I can't recommend her enough! Will definitely be using Alyssa the next time we need a pet sitter. P.S. She also happens to be the sweetest and has a very calming energy which I know pets gravitate toward.

The German Shepherd I saw was clearly distressed. Not used to be in such a small area. The owner of Hilltop should show everywhere. The pics on the Website show big kennels not the small ones. When I picked up my dog, they rushed me to leave. I needed vet papers that was there. Still waiting for them. Please think about it before you leave your fur kids there. I do not recommend them at all. Kathy the owner is very sweet, she needs larger kennels for all the dogs. Even if you ask for a tour they won't show you the area I was in. You wouldn't leave your pet. Do your homework ask your vet. Take a full tour open doors really look around. I just walked in where dogs were. They didn't invite me in. Please be a good pet parent.
