The groomers at Petco have been great! I have Poms so you never know if someone may shave them or not cut properly. Lisa was very careful to talk to me about how I wanted my two Poms groomed and even showed me some faux fur with varying cut lengths. She took extra care to trim their butt areas and both dogs looked very nice.

Why why why did I go here!? Took my mini schnauzer for a trim. I usually do it myself and every once in a while will have a groomer do it. Due to me being 9 months pregnant it was easier right now for someone else to do it. She didn't need much done, just a simple clean up. Well she got BUTCHERED. Looks like a 2 year old did it. Her entire beard is gone. WHY!? She's a schnauzer!!!! Don't know whether to cry or scream. Never coming back here.

Me and my Bru-bear chillin on the bed and posin' for the cam.

My Brutus Bearcub really needed a bath, but I wasn't sure where to take her. My. Juliet petsmart was so rude to me and my little one a couple years ago, I haven't been back. I knew i could take Bru to a self-bathing place. But she needed a professional. When I made the appt. Danielle wasn't sure what a Caucasian Ovcharka is so she didn't know what to expect. Lisa called me to confirm the night before. I asked if she was ready and does she think she can do it ( I've been turned away before because Bru-bear doesn't fit in the tubs), Lisa said yes she was ready. Brutus showed up the next day stinky, matted, and just plain dirty. It took her about 4 hours, but my Bru-bear was so beautiful. Her fur was suuuper soft and shiny. She had a great time. Price was WAY logged than I expected. Will definately be back soon... if they'll have us.

Roux loved going here and picking up a new Kong and his fave Old Mother Hubbard treats.

Great atmosphere! So much joy. Of course, Roux loved the cookie and they had his favorite Old Mother Hubbard treats.

Taking a nap after enjoying some treats and a much needed groom from petco

From the very beginning,…read moreChelle's expert guidance helped us navigate Level One Good Manners training with our dog, Tubbs, and we were so impressed that we immediately renewed our services to continue into Level Two Good Manners. Chelle is the definition of a consummate professional -- knowledgeable, patient, and warm. She shares her expertise in such a nurturing and encouraging way, which makes both the dogs and their humans feel confident and supported. We especially appreciate her positive reinforcement approach, which has not only helped us train Tubbs, but also helped us recognize and "correct" some of our own human habits along the way! As new pet parents navigating adoption, Chelle has been a trusted source of advice and reassurance. Her responsiveness and kindness have meant the world to us, and it's clear she genuinely cares about every dog and family she works with. Beyond training, we plan to be lifelong customers through For Social Graces' boarding, daycare, and grooming services. Tubbs has already enjoyed a brief overnight boarding stay and absolutely loves his daycare visits! Thanks to Chelle's influence, what started as Tubbs' initial apprehension toward car rides has turned into daily excitement -- he knows that car rides often mean getting to see his friends at For Social Graces! While Tubbs has always been a wonderful dog, Chelle and her team have helped his confidence blossom and his manners flourish, strengthening our bond with him in the process. We also really value the small class sizes, which allow for personalized attention and hands-on learning in a calm, friendly environment. Chelle and her team have truly made a lasting difference in our lives. We're so grateful to have found For Social Graces -- and we can't recommend them highly enough! -- Charley, Michael, & Tubbs

He was a typical, crazy Australian Shepherd puppy and came back a well-adjusted, attentive, obedient, and magnificent adult dog. Then imagine having that son home from boot camp with the clean room, tight sheets, and helping around the house. Well, I got the dog version of that when Jack came back. Once I know more specifics about what Jack will need to learn to help with my condition as it progresses, I will get him back to K-9 Companions!

I reached out this last week to inquire about their veteran program for service dogs and bootcamp. Gave Karen all my info and let her know I had a 15 week shepherd and a 4 year old shepherd. My 4 year old was trained by DTE and haven't worked with them in over a year and a half at this point. We ended the phone call and then she followed up via text asking me some random questions that didn't really make sense to me and then after I tried reaching out via phone. She texted me after I inquired about our scheduled meeting and said there was a conflict of interest and declined to work with us. Wouldn't elaborate, I tried calling and got literally sent to voicemail, and essentially ghosted after that text. I still have no idea what the conflict of interest is, why that would even matter that my other service dog whose 4 was trained by someone else years ago, and what that has to do with my current puppy. Mind you my work with DTE was done in Utah not even in Tennessee... So bizarre and just weird how this was handled.. So I guess just be cautious but everyone else seems to have had great luck at least.

I bought a personal training package from Instinct and the trainer came to my home to train my dog and me. It was such a good decision. Both May and I really liked working with the trainer Lauren S. Her approach and tone were awesome. I knew from the first appointment with her that it was going to be great. I'd been trying to figure out how to get May to sit for weeks. Lauren got her sitting in a session. All in all I think we had 9 sessions with Lauren. In that time we learned a lot and have been applying it. My relationship with my dog is so much better because of Instinct. The thing I will caution people against is having unrealistic expectations of your dog and the trainer. If you go in with the desire to make your dog a unquestioningly obedient robot then you will be disappointed. Just focus on the over all quality and happiness of your dog's life

We were even sent an hour long questionnaire about our dog's history/health/behavior/etc. prior to training. Y'all...they care so much! We have a 1 year old rescue pup who's dog reactive, and we've been pretty much unable to take him on walks or near other dogs at all. Jenna helped us overcome all of this and we could not be more grateful. She coached us on how to slowly warm him up to lots of different scenarios- we even had a playdate with another dog today with no issues! His reactivity will be something we'll continue to work on for months, but I can't tell you how relieved we are to have gained some confidence with it. Jenna really helped put things into perspective and helped us understand how to read our dog and take things at his pace. You really can't rush progress like this, and I love that Instinct doesn't promise "quick, fast, easy results" because those are not effective or even possible. We would absolutely do this again if given the chance, booking with Instinct was a game changer.

I pay to got the bath and LUXURY The luxury packages is 45$ above the cost of the bath. It includes chosen shampoo, nail grinding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nose and paw balm among other things. It used to take 1-2 hours (she's 80lbs) to accomplish these tasks. When I went to drop her off this past Friday I said " you guys haven't been grinding her nails and I really need that done" the person at intake said "oh that's extra did you want to pay for that?" I was astonished! How can you work a job and not know what procedures go with what packages? I said it's included with the luxury package she said oh I'll make a note ( make a note? Make a note to do what you're supposed to???). Then I said her ears have been coming back dirty and she hasn't had the fat folds of her stomach washed thoroughly. She sighed that oh you're one of THOSE people sighs and as she was taking my dog back she said we close today at 5 pm so don't be any later than 4:30 picking her up. What? The hours say close at 8 but that didn't matter her appointment was at 3 so 1 1/2 should be ok to get it done. 37 minutes later they call and say she's done 37 minutes !! 37 !!! I just stopped at the front and asked for the manager and told her all of the above information. She assured me she wanted to make me happy my dog was brought to the front nails had not been ground, I stuck my finger in her ear and it came back waxy and dirty and I did this in front of the manager, she SAW the nasty I said I was not happy and normally don't like to complain but I knew that 37 minutes was not enough time to bathe her and take care of her. The manager said she would arrange for the things to be taken care of and to let my dog go back. Unbeknownst to all of them I am proficient in reading lips due to being deaf. I saw/heard them talking about how I was just being a Karen, that I probably wanted the service free of charge, they told each other they had done the ear cleaning and had done nail grinding. I was FURIOUS. It took them ten minutes and by this time I was so angry I said I would never NEVER use Petsmart for any service. I tell her my boyfriend & my age and she throws one of the fish decor into a bucket and says "well I'll be right with you". We go over where the cats are while we wait. She opens the door tells us to sit and she'll take the cats out. There are three adorable orange kitties Antonio, Mateo and Nico that I've been stalking online & excited to meet them. She struggling to get them out and decides to just grab the litter box that they're laying in and toss it on the floor so we can see them. All three kitties are scared, nervous and crying. She tells us "I can barley touch them because I'm pregnant". If that's the case why didn't she grab another associate that ISN'T pregnant to help us? Obviously the three orange cats aren't in the mood to play or be around humans. She grabs the litter box and puts them back in there cage. I then ask if we can play with Lorrain, and she kinda huffs about it and grabs her and hands her over to me. Lorrain was a bit scared but slowly warming up. Not even 3 minutes pass and the worker told my boyfriend and I "ok I have to put her away before my boss b*txhes at me". My boyfriend and I were both taken off guard by that comment. 1. Why is there a time limit for customers getting to see, and play with these cats? Knowing that that they can potentially be adopted. 2. Why did this lady think it would be appropriate to use horrible language around us? I was so disappointed and heartbroken. Prior to this we had spent over $100 at PetSmart buying cat toys, litter, litter boxes, food, bowls, and etc. I'm so disappointed in PetSmart and their workers.
